About
We invite you to come visit our newly reopened Russian River Valley Estate Tasting Room. We are nestled on a 155-acre estate in the heart of Sonoma County wine county, Paradise Ridge offers spectacular natural vistas overlooking our vineyards and the Russian River Valley. Expansive decks and terraces open to panoramic landscapes. Visitors sample handcrafted wines seated on the veranda or in our new tasting lounge. This magical wine country property was discovered in 1977 by Walter Byck & Marijke Byck-Hoenselaars. The winery was founded in 1991 and continues to be family owned & operated. Wander through the outdoor sculpture exhibit in Marijke's Grove, experience the Fountain Grove Winery historical exhibit and taste artisan wines. For those planning a wedding or special event, Paradise offers a romantic & magical setting. Whatever you desire, Paradise Ridge Winery is a wine country experience not to be missed.

Non existent customer service
Jun 2021
Great setting and location however non existent customer service. We had horrific time with arrangement of simple tasting or pick up. This place is good to randomly stop by but not for any loyal club members.

I’d avoid this winery
Jun 2021 • Couples
The view is beautiful, but the customer service is not great. We have been to several wineries and this is the worst experience. We had to wait for a table, even though we had a reservation, and then we sat waiting at our table for our tasting. I’d avoid this winery if you are looking for a fun experience. We left frustrated and annoyed.

A little jem amongst the four wineries we visited ! Our tour guide Reiner was amazing so knowledgeable about the wines , the chocolate pairing and his wit just added to the tour - a definite must if in this area!

Wine and chocolate!
Jul 2019
At Paradise Ridge we taste wine with chocolates, one of my favorite things to do! The truffles have some interesting infusions, like chives! This is to kill the taste buds on certain parts of your tongue so that only the remaining part tastes the wine. Hum…
Outside there is sculpture and an herb garden.

Amazing time at Paradise. Wonderful staff, a whole lot of fun and they are incredibly knowledgeable about the wines they serve. Ask for Sean, Jason, and Reiner when you go. Can’t wait to come back!

Kenwood Paradise for a Herb Chocolate & Wine experience
Feb 2019 • Couples
We went to the Kenwood Paradise Ridge Winery where we had the Herb Chocolate and Wine pairing experience. We had been before, which was hosted by Annette and was absolutely fabulous. This time we took our guests and Reiner was the host. He was equally as awesome as Annette, informative and fun but added his own spark, engagement and presentation to it! We loved the wine, chocolate, information, history and stories and feel that the experience exceeded our wildest expectations. Thank you!

Still heaven on earth 🌎
Aug 2018 • Business
Art and sculptures are on exhibit at Paradise Ridge and free to the public to enjoy. This winery had major losses in the 2017 wildfires of Sonoma County. Many of these art installations are from burning Man, the curators and the winery owners heavily support the artist community!

The facility is open currently by appointment only and open to their club members. But the art is free-for-all as long as it’s during their normal open hours, just shoot them a message and see about visiting the sculpture gardens

Sad news for Paradise Ridge
Sep 2017 • Couples
We stopped off at the Paradise Ridge tasting room in Kenwood and were warmly received by Alana, who treated us to a taste of some great rose’s. Sadly, while the tasting room probably escaped harm, it appears that Paradise Ridge winery burned down in the recent Sonoma fire.
