We visited this winery with local friends for a quick tasting and to pick up some wine they had ordered. The winery setting in the Sonoma Valley is wonderful and the set up for tastings and tours impressive. The day was perfect, sun with a little breeze, ideal for sitting out on the terrace and sipping a lovely glass of... More

Paradise Ridge is one of the most beautiful wineries I have seen. It IDs located on top of the hill and overlooks Santa Rosa. They have lots wonderful events and is a spectacular venue for a wedding or any party.

From May thru October, you can erase your mid-week slump with an evening of wine, food--purchased or brought in as a picnic-- and great local bands, perfect for dancing. The mood is festive, relaxed and a perfect place if you want to celebrate a birthday or come with your sweetie for dancing. You can wander the grounds with its inspiring... More

Beautiful place to sip wine and watch the sunset. Get there at 5:30 if want to get a good spot. Music was nice but a little loud so we opted to sit on the front area away from the band but could still hear them. Really pretty area. I recommend bringing in food...then buying a bottle of wine to accompany!

Wow! Great views and some really unique sculptures. The wines here are not my favorite. We went for an event on a Wednesday night. They charge $15 per person and it allows you the privilege to buy some wine at retail prices. You can bring your own food and wine though. There is a very limited amount of food for... More

If you're planning a visit, try to shoot for a Wednesday evening. Paradise Ridge is the rare winery that is open at night, during the week. Every Wednesday (seasonal...so check their website), PR offers a Wine & Sunsets evening, complete with a live band/entertainment, plus food and wine for purchase. There are plenty of tables on the expansive decks surrounding... More

There are many places in Napa Valley and Sonoma county to spend a lazy afternoon enjoying wine, but I think this is one of the best, even for those who really aren't that interested in the wine. The winery staff were very friendly and gave some useful guidance about their wines, the winery grounds themselves were open for tourists to... More

The road winding up the hill to the tasting room passes three clusters of large metal sculpture which make the trip interesting even if one does not taste the wine! Two of the clusters are permanent, including the one with the "LOVE" sculpture. A third cluster (in the Sculpture Garden) has items that are rotated in and out every few... More

Everything about this place is great. My cousin got married here and it was stunning. The views are unreal, the wine is perfection, and the staff was kind, courteous, and professional. The food was great, the weather was perfect (not that Paradise Ridge could control that, but still), and the wine. Did I mention the wine?!

Nice personal winery with a lesser selection of wines. Good service by educated staff but wines available were not up to the standard of some of the better known names. Good value for money.
