Just completed the shared wine tour with Dylan. Three separate wine tastings, 11am-3:30 in the beautiful Santa Cruz Mountains. Lunch included by selecting any Salad or sandwich from a local delicatessen I never felt rushed, could walk around each of the wineries during the tastings. Two conveniently located pickup/ drop off sites to choose. Recommend for a very pleasant afternoon “ wine-ing “ with plenty of time left to enjoy the remainder of your day

SCE was amazing and so easy to work with. We hired them to drive our guests up a mountain road to our wedding venue at Waterfall Lodge and everything went perfect! They were very responsive with emails and I would definitely use them again!

We used The Santa Cruz Experience for our wedding shuttles. They helped me coordinate exactly what we needed and were flexible with timing. They were on time, easy to communicate with, and were super helpful in getting some intoxicated people back to where they needed to be! They are pros at herding cats! Highly recommend.

Had to book a shuttle for my daughter's wedding - to/from a close offsite parking lot and the venue. Was easy to book, went over all the details, and was a great experience. Reasonable cost. Also understood that we didn't have exact timeframe when we booked but no issues to update information as we got closer to the wedding date - then finalized the pickup & drop-off times. Had two shuttles, the drivers were professional and did an excellent job drop handling all the guests, making sure everyone got off the property on time and safely back to their vehicles. Would highly recommend them

My name is Mary Jacobs and I am a Wedding Planner from Upstate New York. We recently utilized Chris and his team from Santa Cruz Experience for an enormous wedding weekend high in the mountains in Ben Lomond. I have to tell you that I was unbelievably impressed with how easy it was to work with Chris, even from across the country to sew up every detail. Through the entire process he was 100% accommodating and the weekend of the wedding the shuttles were prompt, spotless and both drivers completely helpful and professional. I would recommend them 1000 times over and am so very pleased with every aspect of our experience with them. Kudos Chris and team and thank you!!

Had a totally positive experience with this company; booked a shuttle 6 months out, easy to communicate with and update information as we went along. The shuttle driver was excellent and even made sure to round up all the wedding guests that were taking the shuttle from the dance floor so he missed no one! thanks for taking care of our guests! Very reasonable pricing as well!

We celebrated an early Christmas party today with the Santa Cruz Experience and it was amazing!! Absolutely beautiful winerys. Our driver was fantastic!! You guys really know how to plan the most wonderful wine tour! We cant thank you enough for a truly memorable celebration 🙂💖

I booked SCE for a wine tasting tour, I needed to reschedule and did so 11 days in advance of the date and ultimately needed to cancel which I did 12 days in advance. Their policy states "cancellations made within seven days of the wine tour will be charged 50% of the initially quoted price. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the tour or 'no shows' will be charged 100% of the originally quoted price."
Clearly I rescheduled and canceled outside of 7 days and yet I was charged $265.
Can't comment on the tour/service itself and don't ever expect to as this will be the last place I ever contact for their business but will be sure to share my experience with everyone I know so they will know in advance that policy means virtually nothing.

We have had an amazing day visiting three wineries today,we were lucky to have Matt as our tour guide and driver.He was extremely informative about wines as well as being very friendly and telling us about the local area.
The three wineries were very different but all friendly in particular Bonny Doon and all gave us very tasty wines from California.
We would highly recommend going on this tour and in particular having Matt as your guide.
