If you love being outdoors and working with the land, you're gonna love this campus. Santa Cruz is a cool beach town. Most surfers have been been here, but, if you haven't you should check out the surf, the town, and the campus!

Not a typical college campus. With ranch ruins, ocean vistas, redwood groves, and buildings scattered around built in a brutalism style, this place is worth a stroll.

The campus is situated in the redwood forest which has great fresh air. The down side is that dorm move-ins are all uphill and the parking is some distance from the dorms. The dorms are well-maintained, but dated. Santa Cruz (city) is a bus ride...More

Our nephew graduated from Santa Cruz in June 2018. We were able to walk around the campus and enjoy all the beautiful Redwood trees. The buildings are nestled in the landscape without being an eye sore. The college was built with keeping the natural surroundings...More

I graduated from here many years ago and still live in Santa Cruz. As a guest or a student here, you are fortunate for every hour or every day that you get to spend in this wonderful place. A jewel on this earth.
