Current eBikes provided a great 3 hour ride along the beach and Boardwalk in Santa Cruz. All was ready for us at check-in, instructions were thorough, brief and complete about bike operation and easy to following riding instructions got us off to a fun adventure. The staff is very knowledgeable about the bikes and local attractions. I would strongly recommend them for ebike rentals and look forward to renting from them in the future. FYI, the cruiser bikes are new and the latest mid drive Bosch technology.

A fun and safe way to cruise around Santa Cruz. In 3 hours you can visit the Surf Museum, Natural Bridges Butterfly Museum and see the whale skeletons. Rode around the river and Boardwalk also. Staff is friendly and helpful and gave us great instructions.

Current E-bikes is the best! Jesse and Pete could not have been more helpful explaining how the e-bikes work and making sure we were sized properly before taking off. We rode to the Mystery Spot which was a little over 4 miles but with the motorized bikes, it was no sweat at all. My husband and son loved touring Santa Cruz on the e-bikes and after being out riding for hours; we still had almost full batteries. Definitely recommend!

Everyone at the shop was so helpful and friendly. They helped me map out my ride around the coast. What a great way to get around and explore Santa Cruz!

We had a wonderful time renting electric bikes with Current ebikes! In fact we have rented electric bikes from them 3 times now and bought a gift certificate for our son and daughter-in-law to go as well. They had a blast! Mike and his staff are first rate. My husband and I hope to rent from them again!

I have used their services a couple times now. I totally recommend the Current eBikes for those that want to enjoy "more" of Santa Cruz's Views and coastline in a spectacular way and feel the sea breeze like no other better way....

Our first experience with an E bike was very successful. These bikes had power assist and a throttle. We recommend bells and a mirror be added for safety in light of the number of pedestrians in Santa Cruz.

We rented 4 cruiser bike on Saturday June 16th at 9:00 am. The place was packed with people renting bikes. They got us in quickly and gave us our bikes. We were only 10 minutes into the ride when my wife's front tire got caught in a railroad track depression by the Boardwalk. It through her to the ground. She got 2 fractures in her radius. When we came back, they were very gracious. They said we could reschedule our ride no problem. They were great.

Had a great day on the bikes. They are the ones that go FAST! We had a minor problem with one bike and Mike was immediately helpful and solved the problem. That I believe is invaluable. Would definitely do this again.

3 hour reservation for their cruiser e-bikes. Fun ride down to Capitola and up to Natural Bridges. Bikes worked like a charm.
