We didn't come back here after our city tour. It's one of the many places in San Sebastian to walk. Our hotel was a little distance from here so we walked closer to the beach area which also has great shops.
This is a very small outdoor type mall. If you needed something that you forgot to pack you could find it. There is a small Nordstrom's-it is very nice, but again small. There were some other small stores, some not open during normal business hours....More

In downtown Santa Barbara, the Paseo Nuevo runs north and south between State St. and Chapala St. It is a brick walkway (no vehicles) that can be accessed on all sides and thru Nordstrom on the north end.
