    Excellent accommodations despite lockdown restrictions
Despite having to visit outside, Jamie Slone managed to seat us quickly and efficiently, and made us feel at home. Delicious tastings and cheese sampler. Only feedback is that the cheese sampler box was a bit over priced for what we got, but it was still a great time overall. Great addition to a Santa Barbara wine trip.

    Wonderful Wine Experience
We keep Jamie Slone as a must-do in Santa Barbara. Every time they have a new fun addition to their tasting, while the wines are always top notch. If you want great information on the wines, they are happy to oblige. Just a wonderful excursion!

Best Wine and Feel Like Family
In Santa Barbara there are many different wine places to visit. My husband and I have difference preferences in wine and we sometimes fine one or two that hits the middle ground. Jamie's wine we found we love all the varieties. We can count on one hand how many wineries we found like that. Not only that you feel like you are just dropping by at a family's place. There is a story for every wine. Definitely worth the visit.

We did not do a private tasting, but we were treated so well and had such a wonderful experience that it seemed as though we had. Kym shared some great information while we tasted their fabulous wines. We had visited other area tasting rooms, and wish we had gone here first. To start, the wines are excellent. The tasting room is comfrotable and inviting and feels like you are just spending time with friends in their home. We are a racing and car enthusiast family, so seeing the photos and chatting about track adventures was good fun. Kym brought out some chocolates (amazing local chocolates) for us to pair our wines with and that brought out all kinds of different flavors for us. If you are looking for a classy but comfortable wine tasting exxperience with top notch wines, this should be your first (possibly only) stop. We shipped some wines home to Florida and I can hardly wait for them to arrive. We haven't decided if the P1 or Apex is our favorite, so will be keep trying them until we figure it out. Next time we fly out to CA, Jamie Slone Wines will be on our list of places to visit. Thank you Kym for a wonderful afternoon. I wish we could have stayed even longer.

I visited JSW twice personally and had my wine picked up by a family member on the third time. What I found is that there seemed to be family friends present that were receiving significantly more attention than the customers present and arriving. This included providing some food that was unavailable for everyone else tasting. The staff were predominantly friendly but with shifting mood at times. The overall impression was one of clickishness and low appreciation for new customers who might promote the wines and/or become club members. Having said that, every time I’ve opened a bottle of Jamie Sloane wine I’ve been reminded of the reason I joined their club. Consistent excellence.
I hope JSW continues to grow and becomes a winery with a focus on strengthening their friendship with the individuals who consume their product in the end. There’s many excellent wine out there, few comes with a feeling of having arrived home as well.

We were roaming the various wine tasting rooms and came across the Jamie Slone location. The individual performing the pours was very knowledgeable about the area and their wines and was willing to share. We even got to meet Kym and learn more about their wines and the backstory on the Borific The room is nicely decorated and comfortable. Our next visit to Santa Barbara will include another visit and hopefully it will coincide with one of their events.

Santa Barbara is our go-to spot for staycations! In my opinion there is no better winery than Jamie Slone. More than just great wine, the tasting room is beautiful and equally matched by their service. They speak knowledgeably and treated us like friends! Plus they love dogs!!

MY family was enjoying the day walking and tasting and came across their street side cafe. We tasted the great wines and loved them. Jamie was there and we got to have a long conversation with him ranging from the stories behind the wines to tales from his racing days (another shared interest!). Service was exceptional and the prices were right too. We left with a few bottles for later and more to enjoy back home in Texas :)

We had been there once before (Sept 2018) high quality good wines to taste and a fabulous atmosphere. it was such a positive experience all around that we joined the wine club. Perhaps we were expecting to much the November 2019 visit was like going to a diner in the middle of the night. person handed us 3 card and asked us to choose flights, no crossing over or substituting, when she got around to pouring she explained the wine contents period and we had to ask for each new pour. There was nothing special about being a club member in fact it seemed better for the newbies in the room who got seemingly more attention and what appeared to be better pours. The poor wanting atmosphere must have detracted from the wines because even the wines did not taste up to parr and while our wine tastings were free we were happy to leave as soon as our minimum pours were over. overall we were not impressed and consider this just another of Santa Barbara wine tastings nothing special. I did withdraw my club membership. I would not have written this review because I explained all of this on the phone but I keep getting reminders to leave a review so here is my honest opinion of our visit I am disappointed in Jamie Sloan wine tasting perhaps next time will be better because my expectations will be very low, but we will experience the other wine tastings first instead of making this stop a priority

Had a great experience at Jamie Slone Wines. Jamie sat down and explained their winemaking process and each wine, along with the story behind the names of their wines. Co-owner Kym was wonderful as well. She has an infectious laugh and we had many laughs in their wine tasting room. Will definitely be stopping by when I make it to Santa Barbara again.

Jamie Slone is a wonderful find and experience. Their wines are delicious, both the red, white and bubbly! The Super Tuscan is a real treat! The atmosphere is inviting, fun and intimate and the people engaging and warm. Such a lovely all the way around experience. I’ve joined their wine club!!

My husband and I went to Jamie Slone Wines for a private tasting for our honeymoon. It was great, Jamie was very nice and knowledgable. Also, we went to other tasting rooms throughout the trip and we definitely like Jamie Slone's wines the best. I even ordered some recently when there was a shipping discount! A really great experience and divine wine.

Discovered this during two COVID visits to Santa Barbara. Great location near the State Street corridor, and very solid wines at a good price. Both our visits have been delightful, and we just had a bottle this evening several months later and it tasted very lovely ;).
