This was a bathroom stop. It's hip with local surfers (very friendly) Clean little potties. Stunning views. Great pit stop, free of charge

We walked quite a ways to get down to beach and did enjoy watching the multitude of surfers. However, the beach is full of boulders and not a good one for walking along shoreline.

This was one of my favourite beaches on our trip from LA to San Fran. Parking was easy, the beach was wide with lovely soft sand, and the waves were fun to splash in. Loved our day on Rincon Beach!

127 RV camping spots along the Rincon. Very beautiful and relaxing, if you can get a spot! They take no reservations, so we often park early in the week to secure a spot. Yes, that means paying extra, but well worth it.

Our favorite beach is this one, not the State beach. It's never too busy and parking is easy and free. Great for boogie boards and playing in the waves.

pulled up at the beach car park one of the evenings when in Santa Barbara. There is stairs going all the way down to the beach from the car park. Great view from there! I spend good half hour just writing postcards on the stairs.....More

This beach is clean, huge, and a great spot for photos! We went late July of 2014 and were floored by the sights and the friendly folk down in Santa Barbara! A truly quaint city and a true fun experience.
