Coastal Concierge is Santa Barbara County’s premier private wine tour purveyor. Since 2006 we've fostered close relationships with our region’s top wineries and tasting rooms, providing guests with an unparalleled experience in Santa Ynez Valley and downtown Santa Barbara. Regardless of group size, all guests enjoy their own vehicle and dedicated guide for a comfortable and personalized experience from start to finish, with a customized itinerary and a gourmet picnic lunch. Matt and the Coastal Concierge operation was exceptional. Matt was knowledgable, funny, prompt, detail-oriented, and personalized the experience to our requests. We loved our day visiting wineries and learning about this incredible region and it wouldn't have been the same had we done it with anyone other than the Coastal Concierge team. Thank you Matt!

We had the best time on our wine tour with Coastal Concierge! Paul was our guide and from the start was so welcoming. The wineries were about an hour away from our hotel and the entire ride Paul told us all about Santa Barbara and how the land is able to produce so many different varieties on wine, so cool! We went to Dierberg & Star Lane first - gorgeous landscaping and a beautiful barn style winery. We then went to Kaena which was also so pretty, but a more chill vibe. There we had amazing Grenache and a beautiful lunch prepared for us. We even met the owner who told us all about his family history. Next, Paul spared enough time to take us to a Danish town that had beautiful architecture and we checked out Lucas & Lewellen in town along a street of fun shops and restaurants. While we were wine tasting Paul came back with a Danish donut pastry that was delicious! We had the best time and everything was taken care off for us at each winery and we were able to just enjoy the experience. My husband and I would highly recommend Coastal Concierge as they take great care of every detail!

My sisters and I thoroughly enjoyed the tour. Matt was very responses to my inquiries. Carlos, our sommelier & chauffeur, was professional, informative, and enjoyable to be around. Carlos listened and was able to identify the type of wines we enjoy to better set the stage. We laughed a lot and had a great experience. The cheese board was especially scrumptious

We had an incredible time! Our guide, Paul, was excellent as he shared so much knowledge and wisdom about the area and the wine makers. It was such great education and we would highly recommend Paul & the costal concierge to all wine lovers!!

I highly recommend Coastal Concierge for a Santa Ynez wine tour. Matt was quick to respond to my inquiry, answered all my questions and accommodated my requests. On the day of our tour, we had an unforeseen circumstance occur about 1 hour before we were scheduled for pick up and he was kind and patient enough to wait for things to be taken care of which ended up setting us back an hour. He rescheduled all of our appointments and the day went off without a hitch. The meal that we had during one of our three stops was fantastic and he even remembered a request I had made when I booked months prior. There are a lot of wine tour companies to choose from in the area, but I would definitely recommend this one!

The Experience all started with the Black SUV that picked us up at our hotel. Paul our driver and exceptionally knowledgeable tour guide for the day helped set the day with his experience in the wine industry. The scenic drive to Pence wineries was enjoyable. The three wineries we visited which included McKinney and Crown Pointe all had different wines to enjoy. All of them gave us very in-depth insight to their wine making process.

My family and I had a great experience with Coastal Concierge! Matt was our guide for the day and he was very knowledgeable, providing us with information about the area and most of all WINE! He was an extremely safe driver and helped keep us on time for the day getting to three different wineries. The three selections of wineries were absolutely amazing the views were incredible and those providing the tasting were very knowledgeable as well. The lunch provided was also very good! Thank you Matt for a great time we appreciated beautiful day getting to relax and drink wine.

My friend and i had the BEST time with Carlos!!!!!! We learned SO MUCH about wine and went to beautiful wineries that were all fantastic. we bought lots of wine from each one. Carlo's service from advising us via text before our arrival, to the lunch presentation, and the seamless transportation to and from the wineries was amazing. I highly recommend Coastal Concierge to everything looking to experience a wonderful day in wine country!

Matt was on time, knowledgeable, courteous, friendly and a safe driver. He choreographed a GREAT day at 3 EXCELLENT wineries with engaging staff at the tasting rooms. He had a great lunch and cheese board for us. If you’re looking for a wonderful Samta Barbara wine experience, do it with Coastal Concierge.

This experience was amazing! Matt was prompt to pick us up and made sure we had an amazing day. He came prepared with lunch and snacks! He was extremely knowledgeable about the area and made sure to choose wineries for us to visit where we would have a great time. I could not recommend this more!
