We (two couples) had a driver for the day and made our own itinerary, since we wanted to taste wines in the Santa Rita Hills. Our driver, Kira, was fantastic! She called me a few days before our trip to go over our itinerary and make suggestions based on travel times and how much time to allow for each tasting.
She picked us up promptly at the Ritz-Carlton Bacara and we set out for a beautiful day of wine tasting. She even picked up our lunch order from Panino's while we were at our first destination.
It was a perfect day! Thanks, Kira!

Highly recommend this company. The attention to detail Stephanie put in helping plan the trip and the customer service of our driver Kira is unmatched. Stephanie and Kira were extremely responsive throughout the whole process going over and beyond. We used the company as a client outing and I couldn’t have been happier. From winery recommendations to sandwich pickup to finding last minute allergy medicine - nothing was too big of a task. The car was extremely clean and fit 7 of us comfortably.

SB Limos went above and beyond! We just did a wine tour with them last weekend and it was so much fun. From the moment i called and booked they took care of everything. They called the wineries, set up our reservations, made sure we had plans for lunch, arranged for the driver to pick it up for us, and the driver made sure we had everything we needed throughout the day. He even offered to take pics of us at one of the wineries which was so awesome! This pandemic has changed everything, but this day was such a fresh breath of air, and i thank SB Limos for everything they did. Highly recommend. Ask for Stephanie when booking, she will help you with everything.

I wish i could tell you how the wine tour was, but I can’t because they cancelled on me the day before we were supposed to go. I booked directly through their website 9/1 for a tour 9/11. 6 girls, for my bachelorette party. I received MULTIPLE confirmation emails and they charged my card for the full amount. I called the day before the tour to see if I could upgrade to a limo bus and they said they had no record of my res in the system at all and were now fully booked so they cancelled me.
That’s it - SOL. I told them I had multiple confirmation emails from them and they said it must be a glitch in the system. They said they had a “pending inquiry” of my res done on 9/8 through a 3rd party system, but no actual reservation. How can you have charged me $1000 and sent multiple confirmation emails and have no record of it? And if I hadn’t called the day before we would have just been waiting to be picked up indefinitely.
They did try to set me up with my some other wine tours in the area, most of whom were almost twice the cost and also mentioned that this was not the first time SB limo wine tour cancelled last minute on people.
I’m sure bachelorette parties are a dime a dozen for companies like this, but for me it was my first and only one, and I started it in tears thanks to them.

Great service and experience! We booked them to transport our wedding guests from the venue to downtown Santa Barbara and the process was seamless. They communicated with us before pickup and the shuttles provided were very clean and spacious. Our driver was friendly and a safe driver! I highly recommend them for your next event.

SB limos should be called BS limos. First of all they don’t own any limos so their name is misleading. I booked an all day wine tour and it was supposed to be in an SUV and a driver showed up in an Audi A4. I called the owner James for an explanation and he gave me an attitude and I asked him for a refund. He told me he was going to make it hard for me to get my money back and hung up on me. The girl Stephanie that texts you is actually him. He is a liar and a horrible business man. I would never recommend this company. I am a business owner myself. So I know what customer service is about. He doesn’t have a clue. Horrible. He wasted my time and ruined my weekend. And he rented that car the same morning to top it off. Sad

Kira our driver was fantastic. Such a great person! We all totally connected. She knew wine, she shared stories, and gave us enough space as well. Very professional. I highly recommend sb wine tours. They’ve got it down! Perfect vibe for a fabulous day.

Great experience! I booked them at the last minute for a group transfer - when another bus company screwed up and left me without seats for part of our corporate group. Stephanie responded immediately and had a mini-bus confirmed for me that same day. She was easy to work with, kind, patient, and responsive. The driver arrived early and was so nice! I will definitely go to them first when we return to Santa Barbara!

Our driver Frank was great. He was very knowledgeable of the Santa Ynez region - provided a lot of information and facts about the vineyards - was able to answer all our questions, was very accommodating and great to spend the day with. I would highly recommend him.
