We had a great day kayaking and exploring caves. The guides were fun, knowledgeable, and helpful. This is worth your time and money. Read about the Channel Islands too because there is very interesting history to add to the experience.

As has been mentioned, the wetsuits don't have sleeves, So if that's of concern to you, being a rashguard. Otherwise, the wetsuit they provide you is fine.

We were there in the beginning of June and the water was cold. We had wet suits to kayak and swim. Hiking was fine and it was warm.
