Average at best. Safety seemed in check. Wait time was terrible. Instruction of what to DO was good. Instruction of what to expect was non existent. Your individual experience also depends on who your jump professional is. So, half the people have a great time. Half have an OK time.

My friend and I jumped with them last summer. We had a BLAST! The experience is one you’ll never forget. Love that they give you a certificate you can frame. Moreover, they’re good people, highly highly experienced and walk you through everything. My friend was super scared and her instructor worked hard to comfort her. It was a thrill and we felt safe. I plan to go back.

This was out of the world experience, they make you comfortable, give you confidence so that you jump out of perfectly ok plane. My instructor John was cool, he made me comfortable and briefed me all safety procedures. Thank you guys for this experience. Must do.

Let me start by saying it was a great experience overall and the jumpmasters were really nice. I would still be little tough and give 3 stars. See below why they lose 2 stars 1. The wait staff/girl at the manifest window in the hanger was extremely rude and oversmart. We needed to wait for a while and I checked with her twice on the ETA to which she smugged and responded in a mocking way. Not the kind of customer service or reaction you would give someone anxious to skydive for first time. 2.While the photos and videos were great, it would had helped if we had little more instructions on what to do and not to do while in air to get the best shots. We went in with basically a 30 sec prep talk and a 20 minute waiver/ tutorial video. Little more actual instructions would have certainly helped All in all would recommend this place but be mindful of these two points!

First rate top to bottom (all puns intended :-)) The staff and crew was extremely cool, but professional. Our jump was flawless and the equipment first rate. We paid for the video since you have to leave your cell phones behind, but it was a little disappointing but of very good quality.
