Great way to spend a day

The boat and and staff were great. We saw a total of 6 whales and were close enough to a couple of them to really get a feel for their size and beauty. The added bonus of this... read more

So, we saw one juvenile humpback whale and the captain spent a lot of time going really far out and seeing nothing else for a long time until we got closer to the coast. The captain seemed relieved when we saw dolphins near the end of the tour. Well, I loved the dolphins but this was a whale watching tour.... More

The boat and and staff were great. We saw a total of 6 whales and were close enough to a couple of them to really get a feel for their size and beauty. The added bonus of this day were the dolphins - thousands of them. They played with the boat and put on a magical flying display for us.... More

We only saw dolphins on our trip but the staff on condor express are very nice. The volunteer guides are very knowledgable. The boat is clean and well managed. A girl was sick on board and they cleaned up the mess straight away. It's chilly and sunny so be sure to bring sun cream and a jacket. The seats are... More

Trip cost $99 but we went to the visitors centre first, and they gave us a 10% discount voucher. The captain was very informative, and there were voluntary staff who gave you other information on the whales feeding and nursing habits. We seen a few different whales, many dolphins and other sea life. The only downside was, we wished the... More

This outfit is truly great. The boat captain told us as we arrived that because it had been windy it'd be bumpy and we could bailout of our prepaid trip. Also we wouldn't go to the outer islands and that we wouldn't see some types of whales he named. We went anyway, and boy we are glad we did. It... More

Great day, nice guides! We saw 4 humpbacks and hundreds of dolphins. But this is not a trip for small children under 5. Dangerous, they could fall.

First, the Condor is perfect for whale watching as a platform, as a relaxing ride on the ocean and safe to wildlife-as it has no propellars. Second, the area of interest is rich with dolphins and whales. A huge variety of sea birds can also usually be seen as well. Third, the crew of the Condor is top notch in... More

This was my first time on the Condor Express, and I'm going back. The boat was in good condition, very nice galley too. The boat wasn't over filled with people either. It was a gray day, but we started off with 4 feeding humpbacks, then a feeding frenzy with humpbacks, 1,000s of dolphins, sea lions, and birds surrounding the boat... More

Whale watching tour lasts about 4 1/2 hours. They leave and return on time. The boat is comfortable enough and the waters not too choppy. There's food for sale at a counter on the lower level - nothing out of the world, but good for the occasion. While they can't promise sightings every day, we were treated to 3 magnificent... More

The boat is quite big and comfortable. It is clean and spacious. We could see a lot of dolphins in our ride and only two shy whales. Although we had our coats, it was summer and the sun was shining, it was unexpectedely cold and we could not fully enjoy our ride.
