We are very fortunate to have farmer's markets in our county 6 days a week, but hands down the Sunday farmer's market at the Marin Civic Center is the best. Plan on going hungry as you can buy breakfast or lunch from the prepared food stands and munch on delicious dim sum, crepes or other goodies as you fill your... More

This market is wonderful. It is the third largest market in California. Lots of amazing fresh food. You can also eat right there from one of the food trucks.

We have gone to farmers' markets in other places, but this one offered an incredible variety of fresh fruits, vegetables, flowers, cheese, and art items. The food vendors are top notch, better than we've seen anywhere else.

This market has the best quality produce and most knowledgeable vendors of any besides maybe the main SF one...but with free parking and easy access by bike for any Marinite. I love trying to see if I can pick out the pro chefs and see what they're discussing with the farmers. Excellent prepared foods as well. Go be inspired to... More

I would advise arriving early as parking fills up fast. Many great vendors with seasonal fruit and veggies. High quality (you will never want to buy produce in a supermarket again), but pricey. Worth a visit, but if you go regularly expect your wallet to shrink and your waistband to grow.

Enjoy the fresh food and wonderful vendors at the Marin County Farmer's Market. Lots of organic and fresh produce picked days before for great farm to table eating. Although many do accept credit cards, bring lots of cash if you are doing a big shopping. ATM is also present on the premises.

This farmers market highlights the best of everything that is farm to table in Northern CA. Amazing food, wonderful local purveyors, fun for children, beautiful art, and more. It is just all around special.

I visit this market every week, to get my groceries. I am a bit of a food snob, and the ingredients can help turn anyone into a great cook. In addition to getting great products, the people who work the market are very friendly, and knowledgeable about their products. The artisans selling their crafts are also very worthwhile, I have...
