My daughter and I hiked this trail on a beautiful, chilly day in early March. It is rated moderate would agree for the most part, but near the top there are areas with loose rocks and gravel, and the climbing gets fairly steep. It really...More

My family and I really enjoy this hike as the view is extraordinary! It is fairly steep and you need to be in reasonable shape to get to the top but it is not very long and as I mentioned before the view is amazing.

The other reviews give a good overview of this trail: easy first half, challenging second half, spectacular views at the top (and in fact all along the way). The one thing I would add is a recommendation to come down the back way. A little...More

The trail is full of sun & no shade! The trail is full of loose rocks so you need shoes that can grip well! There's a picnic table at the top too! It was absolutely beautiful.

Moderate hike, nice landscape, maintained paths. Just keep your eyes open for bikes. Some days there are a lot and others only a few. No dogs allowed is the only down side.

This is a great path for hikers only. No bikes. It is a 4 mile hike, easy to moderately strenuous. Altitude of 1300+ feet. If you don't want to go to the top, you can hike to the halfway point...the mid-hump. The wildflowers are nice...More
