A fantastic theater, restaurant, and great wine and craft beers! So comfortable and ultra special customer service. We just watched Black Widow in the VIP Theater. So much comfort! The restaurant has everything from pizzas to a special burger to salads and kids lo Ed it. That outdoor balcony in the restaurant let's you see all of the downtown and is the best seat in town. We recently moved here and no need to go to the big theaters at fake deluxe theater this onenos tops!!

We took in an early movie and the crowds on a Saturday were not as bad as some of the inland theaters. Get there early and sit at the bar and have a drink. Once in the theater the seats are very comfortable with your choice of cup holders or not. After the movie there is a myriad of restaurants to choose from . That is if you didn't fill up on popcorn.

Love taking in a movie at this small-feel theatre. Staff have always been friendly and very helpful, especially when I'm using MoviePass. They offer discounts all day on Tuesday, except in their VIP theatre upstairs. The bar upstairs has a small balcony which is lovely - nice people and train watching. Menu is pretty good with good variety and craft beers on tap so getting here early is pleasurable.
Parking is free in the structure at the end of the road, just a couple of doors down.

Discount tickets every Tuesday for everyone. $6.50 per person. Great value. The only thing you have to remember is that only one movie is eligible for discount. Not VIP. My husband and I are both seniors and live here in town so this make a perfect thing to do. The seats are plush and very upscale.

Fabulous destination. I love the luxury theatre. Well worth the money for the VIP theater. We often pick our movie based on the theater it is being shown in. Menu is expanding, beer choices are good. No mixed drinks. Beer and wine only.

not crowded, easy parking in the lot behind the wine bar, great places for after flic around in walking distance.

Small intimate theater. Great place to see a movie. best part is food and service. Very comfortable and we really enjoyed it!!

This is a nice place to see a movie. The chairs are comfortable, love the cupholders.
Hate the spacing, since i always manage to have the kicking child behind me.
Every theatre has gone to the pick your seat ticket. This really is wrong... no longer can you just buy 2 tickets & wait for your friend. How do i know where they want to sit? So i need to wait for them, what if they are late and the seat i wanted are no longer there? This is just a bad idea!!
The food& snacks are pretty good here. Parking isn’t an issue since its next to the garage.
Overall a nice night out with friends.

Very friendly staff as you would expect in a small town. Comfortable seating with good food, wine and beer. It is fun to go to the movies before or after walking the historic town of SJC, so much more than just a movie theater in a mall. My wife and i will also go if we want to have a drink and people watch perched above the street on the “hidden” balcony with nice views of the town and trains passing by. BTW go to the Regency site in advance to but your tickets and reserve your seats to avoid rushing in early to get a good seat.

This is such a beautiful theater. It may have been the original 1935 theater (Mission Theater) which underwent revisions and ownership changes as the area transformed itself. The theater interior offers dining, too. Very relaxing!
