Pretty good views even from high up.

Seated in the 225 section in row 15. It was a hike to get up there, but once we were, the view was good. Unobstructed and clear. SAP center did a poor job of managing the... read more

Concerts are a little harder on the ear than an outdoors venue. VIP tickets were nice which came with dinnere and rehearsal. Food was ok Seating was 2nd row. Not a good place by the speakers. We're up close but you has to distort your neck. Music was great

Seated in the 225 section in row 15. It was a hike to get up there, but once we were, the view was good. Unobstructed and clear. SAP center did a poor job of managing the concessions though - 30 min + for food and drink. I brought my own the next night so as to not wait in line.

Good games, concerts...being downtown means traffis sucks, parking is even worse. Everyone over charges. So have someone drop you off or take Uber. And be prepared to pay extra for drinks and food.

Went for a concert but would love to see a hockey game there. Very clean and well kept. All the event staff people were nice and friendly. Getting in and out of the area was surprisingly easy also when was a nice surprise. One down side was I couldn't find an ATM but that was my own fault, next time... More

We went to see the Rock Paper Scissors concert with Sting & Peter Gabriel last night. Traffic was busy but not crazy (since we got there early...I would suggest that). Traffic control was handled very well by San Jose PD. We found parking across the street (off-site) and it was pricey...$25, but worth it. They did not accept cash..only credit... More

I was here for the Women's Gymnastic Olympic Trials. The venue was nice and the seats were comfortable. The security lines getting into the venue were ridiculous. Took 20 minutes to get through the line, and I got there early!

As a first time visitor to this facility I was impressed. The arena is very nice. My family attended the Olympic Trials and the crowds and prices were outrageous but that was to be expected. Parking was overpriced but available. The lines entering the arena were long but not terrible with security concerns taken into consideration. Seating was comfortable, restrooms... More

I attended the US Olympics Women's Gymnastics Trials for 3 days at SAP. The parking around the arena is limited and expensive, $25. Take VTA, Uber or Caltrain. There was only one security checkpoint and entrance for thousands of people. Lines for concessions were long and slow, and protruded into the concourse, requiring one to squeeze between lines to navigate.... More

Our family recently attended the US Olympic Trials at the SAP Center. We had great seats and enjoyed the event very much. Sadly, the line management and crowd control is very poorly done. They could be so much better organized and this would really add to the overall quality of the entire experience. From the entrance procedures, to the food... More

Well it's sad to say but now days consideration of safety and security is necessary when evaluating a large public venue. We visited SAP Center one day after the Dallas shootings. It was a relatively high profile event. Here's what I can say about safety. The San Jose police department did an excellent job making me feel safe with my... More
