The grounds are impeccable. Loved our visit. The host serving our tasting was knowledgeable and offered us many varieties which were not part of the flight.

I like the Franciscan Cabernet you can buy at any store--it is a good wine. We stopped here last year and couldn't get waited on so we left. Our friends wanted to go here this year so we stopped again. The woman who did our tasting was new and didn't know a whole lot about wine in general. I'm glad... More

Friendly and knowledgeable staff and great wine. Being a red wine snob, I was shocked that I loved their Chardonnay so much. Great outdoor seating amongst flowers and other plants. If we go back to Napa, this will be on our must-do list.

Visited winery tasting lodge early in the day. Was greeted and served a selection of wonderful tasting red wines. The host was very informative and well versed in the types of reds produced at this winery.

But the rest is pretty average. Could have used more employees, seems like one lady had to do ALL the pouring. However, finding their chocolate sauce made it worth the wait. Totally awesome......try some!

Great wine... Nice staff! Beautiful premises! Enjoyed the person that helped us but seemed a bit corporate. Would say go enjoy wine but expect a little sales pitch

This is a very nice winery. They combine .t. Veeder and Franciscan. The reds are very good. Leo did a great job telling us about the wine.

This was my 3rd for 4th time to the Franciscan Winery, and I enjoy it very time. It has a wonderful ambiance, from the fountain out in front to the decor of the interior, to the more private rooms off the main tasting area. Besides sampling the great wines, you'll enjoy just being there. Every time a leave with a... More

This was our second time to this winery and after going through Napa it has become our favorite by far. The wines are phenomenal and the location is great. The staff are very friendly and often go out of their way to explain certain nuances of the wines. They also have a great little patio and they offer tours of... More
