Benessere Vineyards is truly a special place to rest in a peaceful, beautiful, surrounding in the Valley with the best Italian wines. They are so friendly and welcoming and make you feel at home. Our pourer was extremely knowledgeable and we learned so many things about their wines. It's tucked away and is a hidden gem! Bring some food to enjoy on their patio. You might even find some obsidian. We will go back again!

This place is back about a half mile off the main road but clearly marked by an old, red truck at the turn-off. The people are so nice and welcoming, you feel like you are drinking wine with friends. Every wine is tasty and they have a new, large, outdoor space that is beautiful and comfortable so you can relax while wines are brought for you to sample. Don't miss this spot!

We were camping at Bothe Napa Valley State Park and wanted to find a winery last minute where we could ride bikes over to do some wine tasting, Benessere was one of the few wineries that had last minute availability, and their wine tasting prices are very reasonable! Benessere has a beautiful outdoor tasting courtyard with plenty of space for everyone to spread out, it is covered so you are shaded on those hot Napa days, and has a lovely fountain and view overlooking the vinyard and distant hills. We enjoyed trying all of their wines and the gentleman pouring for us was very knowledgeable and answered all of our questions. We left with a bottle of Sangiovese to enjoy at the campground! Would highly recommend checking out Benessere if you are in Napa and looking for a lovely, tucked away spot to try some wines.

Typically I try to only leave positive reviews, because I love to celebrate great restaurants and wineries. But our last visit to Benessere really left me with a bad taste in my mouth. This winery has been a favorite of ours because they have great affordable easy drinking wines. In fact on our first visit with them last year we bought a case. So we decided to visit a second time to restock our cellar. We arrived at our tasting early and spent about an hour going through the tasting flight. We ended up buying a half a case of wine at the end of our tasting and decided to hang out for another 15 minutes before our next tasting appointment. Not even 5 minutes later we were told by the manager to leave because they had people waiting and they had only booked our seat for an hour. I felt very rushed and I had the feeling that I was "in the way" when there were plenty of tables available and I could only see one couple sipping on a tasting by the front entrance who looked completely relaxed. I left feeling very disappointed and unappreciated as a customer. I've never been asked to leave any winery or restaurant because my table had a "time frame". Especially after we were timely to our appointment and intended to purchase. It made me want to turn around and ask for a refund. In the future it would be helpful to explain to your guests over the phone or in their confirmation that they have a certain amount of time to enjoy their tasting.

My wife and I drink both red and white Italian wines almost exclusively, so we were very much looking forward to visiting Benessere vineyard. The location is very pretty, and we were greeted with a nice white wine. Unfortunately, the wines went downhill from there. I didn't find them appealing at all and nothing reminded me of the wines of Italy. Unfortunately, too they request a 2-bottle purchase per person in order to waive the tasting fee, whereas many other vineyards only request one. Given this we opted for 2 bottles of their rose wine to cover my fee but paid for my wife as we couldn't find ourselves actually drinking the red wines offered.

We loved the entire experience. Small, family owned and cozy. The wines "Red" tasting with the truffle pairing was wonderful. We purchased our favorites to age and enjoy at a later date. Thank you!

We stumbled upon Benessere 5 years ago and we loved the small and intimate setting they have. Ryan is super helpful and very friendly. We love enjoying the scenery on the property while sipping great wines that have the heart of a small business owner put into it.

We really enjoyed this winery, and got excellent service from Bob. We tend not to shy away from heavy wines with tannins, and that is not what this winery is after, but for easy drinking wines that are complex while still on the medium-lighter side, it was all one could ask for. We enjoyed all of the wines they served, and bought a bottle of the sangiovese. We’ll definitely recommend this one to friends. And what a beautiful location!
I also want to say, we really appreciate that Bob was happy to recommend a winery for our next tasting of the afternoon, and really took into account everything we mentioned we were hoping to taste in the wine country that day. We always make a point to return to wineries that also give great recommendations in the area. We were very lucky to have started our day at Benessere. Thanks Bob! Alla prossima!

My brother and I meet up annually for a guys week in Sonoma County for bike riding and wine tasting. We always try to include a Napa Valley day. This year we bought a Covet Pass and Benessere was one of the wineries that we could get a free tasting (after buying the pass). So despite the smoke and Covid, we made a reservation for 3 wineries in Napa Valley that we had not tried before. Benessere was our first visit of the day and Meagan was our tasting host and sat us outside in a beautiful patio area right next to the vineyards. The wines were great and there is a lot of history there. Would recommend for a visit.

This was the best stop of our trip to Napa Valley. Mario assisted us and was extremely knowledgeable. He's a credit to the winery. We were the first appointment and had the place to ourselves. Mario gave us such a personal experience and made us feel very welcome. This is a "must see" in the Napa Valley! Thank you Mario!!!
