Our group of 6 adults Did Skull Witch on Dec 27,2019. It was the second escape room ever, for our 20-something Michigan couple , & they loved it! It was the 15th escape room for our 20-something Texan couple & they claimed that this was one of the best , if not the best they had ever done. The older couple in our group were tag alongs , one enjoyed the experience, but said it was a bit chaotic & that the lighting & noise slowed down progress, & the other person (me!) was totally lost the whole time & was glad my life did not depend on figuring things out or I'd still be stuck there. My observation : everyone else enjoyed the challenge of the "puzzles". Our group did "win" but it was a close thing. I thought the room & puzzles were extremely creative & interactive & the ambiance of the room was extremely well done.

Our first time doing escape room. Brought my 9 and 10 years old. Everyone loved it. It was an intense amazing experience. Only thing we did not like was that we share it with strangers and it was hard to work together with people you don't really know and not great with communication. We will definitely return but only with people we know.

I've been to seven escape rooms prior to this one. I was so impressed with the details that were incorporated into this experience. The initial room has a tree growing out of the wall, a stairway leading to an unknown room, and a portal to a basement that is a challenge to navigate. Management were so accommodating, as we had limited time in town. They gave us an un-scheduled session, and it was just our group, which is what we prefer. This is the best escape room experience I have ever encountered. Good job, guys. Look for Omar. He did a great job...

We first did Skull Witch, it was my 21st escape room and I’ll say right up front it easily makes my top 3 favorites! The set is among the most detailed I’ve seen, the puzzles are 95% in theme and of a mind blowing quality with great tech, and the time and hint system were both completely unique and added to the experience beautifully. We had such a good time we booked the Whispering Halls for the next day. It would be room number 22 for me.

If it wasn’t for the fantastic Skull Witch experience I’d likely be writing a 3 star review right now. I am hoping it was just our game master that was the problem and not the company as a whole.

Whispering Halls is once again an absolutely incredible set and the puzzles felt very original and well constructed (although this time perhaps a little less consistent in theme).

What made our experience much less enjoyable was the hint system. We actively decided to use the hint system once, and as I was on the phone with the game master a team member solved the puzzle we wanted to ask about so I said nevermind and we didn’t take the hint. From then on the phone rang frequently, disrupting the game at inappropriate times. Usually a team member would again solve the puzzle in question by the time the hint was relayed, in other words it was distracting and a bit frustrating to be getting unsolicited hints before we had a chance to figure it out for ourselves. Granted we didn’t have to pick up the phone but it was hard not to when it was ringing in a small space.

But this isn’t where it ends. On the second to last puzzle, the game master entered the room without us asking to help us find a particularly difficult missing piece. Again this was unsolicited and incredibly detracting from the experience. I am strongly of the opinion a GM should never ever ever be entering the room and breaking such immersive experiences as this one.

One hint given also asked that we bring some items out of a crawl space area, no doubt because the GM didn’t want to retrieve them himself. When we did finally escape the GM also entered the room early and drew attention to this fact by saying “the light should turn on any second now.” It felt awkward and lazy.

A company that astounded us with one room suddenly presented itself in a very amateurish way today. I would still highly recommend coming here but perhaps let your GM know you’d like them to lay off on hint giving if you aren’t interested in a constant interruption.

Everything was going well until we were near the end and were unable to complete it due to technical difficulties in the game itself. After the final buzzer the Game Master had to fidget with it for a couple minutes to get it to work. Way too much money spent on faulty technology ending in failure, disappointment and regret.

Been to many escape rooms and by far they have some of the best rooms. We did them all and we are waiting and hoping that they come out with a new room. If you like mystery and suspense and being locked in a room with all your friends come here. Whispering Hall was my favorite. But any room you do is a blast.

I have played over 60 escape rooms in my life and I own and operate another escape room to make a living. I can say that without a doubt that I have never played an escape room with quite as good immersion, set design, and atmosphere as Enchambered. Do yourself a favor and see what they can offer you today.

Booked online for my daughters birthday party. The host was great and the girls had a great time. They enjoyed the challenges.

This is the consummate escape room experience. I am no-way an escape room expert, however, from the several I've been to, none compare to the sophistication of Enchambered. The puzzles are challenging. They make great use of technology (some of which I can't figure out). And the rooms require the talents and thought processes of different people.

Unlike some places with physical constraints, Enchambered is in a space where they can knock down walls and rearrange things to build new and different experiences.

Top it all off with a friendly staff that is really into making sure you enjoy yourself, and you have an excellent place to spend a challenging hour.

My friends and I did the Whispering Halls escape room at this location. This is the third escape room location that I have visited (the second in the Sacramento area) and the fifth room; I would say this room was of intermediate difficulty. I definitely want to return for their other rooms. There were A TON of puzzles in this one which was ideal for a large group; we had nine people and everyone had something to be working on. The puzzles were very inventive and unique which was great, much more than just finding keys! A major strong suit of this location is their attention to detail and the decor. The lobby area is well decorated and themed, and the escape room portion even more so. The staff was friendly and explained the rules/what to expect very well. They will tell you that you are allowed to ask for hints while inside the room (we ended up using a couple hints). They will also provide you with a key on a little wristlet so that you can lock up your personal belongings, which are not allowed in the room. I did not give this location a full 5 out of 5 because there were a couple things I did not like. Before we started, we asked if there were jump scares and they said no, but there were definitely jump scares in this room (loud noises, flashing lights, etc.). I would have preferred they were honest about that, so if you are super jumpy take note, but I don't think it should stop you from visiting this awesome room. Also, other escape rooms I have been to have some sort of leader board/competitive aspect to them which I really like, whereas this one does not. Other places I have been have some sort of limit on the number of hints you can use to still count as "escaping" and lets you be eligible for the leader board. This place does not have a mechanic like that. All in all, this is a great location and I hope to return!
