I went for a USATF meet here and it was a very pretty campus and very large

This would be a good place to go to school to learn but relax on the weekends. its not much of a party school its probably great fit for you.

I'm slightly biased about this campus, however, I would argue that the proximity to the rive is the best thing going. Opportunities for recreation are in abundance on this campus and surrounding areas. Students enrolled prior to 2010 have full access to "The Well," a fitness and wellness facility offering all kinds of activities as well as on campus medical,... More

I graduated from here in early 1974. I live about five miles away and ride my bike through the campus on a regular basis. Stay away Monday the Friday because of so many students. Weekends are best and easier to ride without stopping. So many new buildings on the campus. The Wellness Center is very nice and offers a wide... More

My son is interested in attending the university next year. We scheduled a campus tour online. The young man that gave the tour was very informative & very easy going. We were impressed not only with the campus, but with the students as well.

Dorm closure & graduation are at the SAME TIME in the afternoon on same day! LUNACY!!! NO available parking (but lots of parking tix issued!) Very poor planning even though parents complain every year. Still not safe for women to walk on campus alone at night or even in the parking structures (despite assurances that police will patrol not ticket-writing... More

We had planned a visit to watch the Lady Hornets play basketball. The campus is full of beautiful trees and right next to a river. Folks were very friendly. At this writing they are building more dorms but the latest one standing is really nice, I'd go here if I were a college student. Surrounding area has lovely homes, some... More

They have a beautiful tree exhibit near the front of the campus. It does not match the capital but has several perks and some really interesting trees. The big benefit is that is quiet and free. Well there is parking I guess but time well spent with a nice cup of coffee and a book.

We have visited campus several times--always a gorgeous journey through the amazing trees. The students and staff are incredible. The bookstore is fantastic! Great Apple section if you need help.
