Sacramento has a few neighborhoods which define it. Curtis Park is one of them. Beautiful tree lined streets, homes built in the 20's and 30's with basements and attics, and comfortably close to the downtown...but not too close. Curtis Park is a place to buy...More

Simple yet sufficient. This park has been around a long time with its simplicity. A multiple block long park with a running track covering the whole perimeter, a field and lots of trees. The surrounding neighborhood is a beautiful reminder of what an old yet...More

Curtis Park is tucked away in the middle of the Curtis Park neighborhood. It has a 1 mile walking/jogging track around its perimeter, two tennis courts, a baseball diamond, and playground. It is a shady oasis with many large oak, sycamore and elm trees. Benches...More

Fun to drive around the neighborhood and check out the homes. The park itself is nothing special. But a cool vibe around the neighborhood.

Curtis Park is a quiet place to get away to in a busy city. The tree lined streets are beautifully landscaped and pride of owner ship homeowners. I have driven by for years and always noticing its charm, now so glad that I have taken...More

We have a friend who lived near the park, and we would always walk our dogs in the park. It's quiet, full of trees and squirrels, and surrounded by lovely older homes.

This little gem of a park is kind of hard to find. The best way for me to give directions is go up HIGH WAY 99 or down 80 until you get off on 12th AVE and head towards the college (SCC). If you've Crashed...More

Homes, most built in the 1930s, vary from somewhat modest to a few that are quite grand (try Montgomery Street, Coleman Way, 11th Avenue, and others). The nearly mile-long park running north/south through the middle of the neighborhood adds grace and charm and a place...More
