Located at the corner of K and 22 is this little beer garden. Offerings are simple with approximately 30 beers on tap. Some of which I have tried and others never heard of. Staff was friendly and helpful. For those choices I was not set on, staff was nice enough to provide a small sampling. Beverages are priced appropriately. Local and micro selections are some. Ordering the first round with some food. Friends had also ordered at the same time and one after me. My order of one of their sausage specialties and garlic fries. The food came out about 20 minutes after the last of my friends order. Or about second half beer in. The man delivering the food had no clue what was on my order and had to be informed of the garlic fries. Fries took another 10 minutes. Working on the third beer by this time. The dog was marinated and wrapped with bacon topped with some produce. The dog was pretty flavorful. The garlic fries were ok. Nothing particularly spectacular. Good concepts overall. Bad execution on food service. Perhaps I'll come try a different day. Who knows.

Fun outdoor beer garden with extensive, authentic German beer selection and 32 German, Belgium, & Craft beers on draft. Light German food menu with fresh German Sausage Platters and killer Pretzels with homemade cheese. Cozy, communal setting with traditional Biergarten tables and Corn Hole, Foosball or Ping Pong games on-hand for entertainment. Great place to hangout in Midtown...it's also a popular stop for SacBrewBike revelers, who always liven up the crowd. Lines might be long for ordering on weekends, but it's worth the wait, they move fast, & you won't be sorry once you try the beer & pretzels!
