I like the design here, I do wish they put water to flow threw the playground, but they have food and water, don't get coffee here though lol. Awesome place for ages 6 and up

Nice place to get energy out. inexpensive except for food, $5 for soft pretzels is over charging! Be ready to follow children on/around play structures. Ladders for slides very tall and some places have big drop offs for kids that are not real stable on feet. Animals are untouchable. So grandma got good workout too....lol

Nice place to take little ones!
Mar 2019
My little ones loves it here. Not much to do, but it's okay to just come out and walk around. There are some rides you can do, and a castle to look around in and out.

Needs sprucing up, but still a great place!

Fairytale Town is getting a bit worn down, but it's still a great place for little kids. We went on a field trip for my little boys Kindergarten trip, where I chaperoned. Lots of fun, animals to pet, slides and buildings to explore.

Better than the Fairytale Town at Capitol Park...

Things to climb, bridges to cross, a castle, familiar stories and characters. Kids’ imaginations take care of the rest.

Great for toddlers
Apr 2019
Brought my 5 and 2 year old grandkids plus parents. Cheap admission fees and great play areas. Park could use a good scrubbing and update paint but kids loved it. Easy to keep an eye on the toddlers when they are playing in the numerous play structures. Food choices not great so be sure to bring your own food/drinks to enjoy outside the park. Easy parking.

Great place to take the kids and just relax
Apr 2019 • Family
Still a very affordable place to take the kids and have some family fun (Only $5 each, admission, weekdays!). Took the wife and 2 kids (both under 13). Place is full of slides, things to climb on, take pics with, pirate ship, castle, farm animals, crooked mile (a favorite!) etc... all nursery rhyme related. You can still bring your own food and drink into park (we had a nice picnic on one of the many picnic tables). Lots of shade and paths to follow. Free parking! Ins and outs. This place is a family favorite which builds many family memories. I remember going when I was a kid (I'm in my 50s now). Fun place, recommended.
