Nothing spectacular here. If you're nearby and want to take a walk or sit on a bench, fine. But not worth a special trip.

I drive by this park occasionally, and enjoy its proximity to Sac State. It is usually quiet, very spacious and has a good amount of shade trees. I have not seen many people use the park in a while. Have been to many picnics here in the past, but recently did some family portraits.

I have gone for long walks here with my pug dog, and just by myself.Along the way you can exercise and strech with stationary equiptment they built in there. Picknic birthday parties were going on. People were playing softball. Usually you can swim in the public pool (just this past summer it was closed because of the drought). They keep... More
