As a first time visitor to Napa, selecting wineries to visit can be overwhelming. Frog's Leap was recommended to us by an employee at August Brigg's; we are happy that she recommended it, or we probably wouldn't have found it! Reservations are required due to...More

We did a wine tasting on a very hot day in Rutherford. It was a wonderful way to chill out on the porch of the winery, with a sun shade and ceiling fans. Our hostess, Jessica, was both knowledgeable and personable. She gave us history...More

One of our favorites in Napa. Love the wine, the atmosphere, the vineyards. We have visited this one more than once, took our friends and recommended to others. Reservations necessary! Quite simply the best!

Love it here. I've been back a few times now, equally motivated to come back for the quality of the wine and the friendships we've developed with the people who are part of this family who work at the winery. They have sustainable philosophy and...More

This was our first trip to wine country, and we were not sure what to look for. We did a few of the big wineries (Inglenook and Mondavi), but we found what we most wanted at Frog's Leap. My husband and I loved the way...More

I returned to Frog's leap with my husband in February for a little weekend jaunt. We ended our afternoon with a porch tasting and it was stellar. Having been to Napa many times, I can say that Frog's Leaps wines are enjoyable. I wish they...More

This was an enjoyable and informative Guided Tour& Tasting. This property practices organic grape growing, dry farming and biodynamics. The educational experience was worthwhile, the property is nice, and the wine good. The cost for tour and tasting is reasonable. We did find the property...More

We enjoyed the casual setting but felt the tasting out by the patio was a bit lackluster. We didn't get much information on the wines, and actually didn't think they were that great especially given the price. There was nothing wrong with our visit, it...More

About 1.5 hour, but that requires an appointment specifically for that and a reserve tasting. I did not do this part of the winery visit, opting instead just for the tasting.

We had an adult with our group who was not drinking. I don't think they charged her at all to follow the tour with the rest of us, so they would probably let your kids come. Also, you will be taken through areas where there... More
