We took our children for their first time on skis today. My son (9) is HOOKED! Daughter (6) is getting there but our experience was great. Hubs and I both took lessons too (he skied, I boarded). I’m extremely sore but had a blast! Rates...More

You can find more challenging slopes in Southern California. Both Mountain High and Big Bear feature longer expert runs and more terrain features for the dare devil sportsmen among us. But Snow Valley has two great advantages over these resorts, especially for us intermediate skiers....More

I am not aware of any hotels in Running Springs. Either Big Bear or Lake Arrowhead would be the closest that I am aware of. They are both approximately 10-12 miles from Running Springs!
