3/22/20 Well Graton Resort Casino, with the closure since the first time opening in 2011, your company and directors can feel the financial losses your casino has made to many people who play your slots. Many loosing over $500,000.00 of their money because your business model low slot pay back which is purposely made secret to the public because of state gaming laws say you are not required to disclose. That is not patron friendly. It is karma time for Graton from all of us that spend hundreds of dollars a week and loose it all to slots that do not pay back enough to win more money than we spent. Sure some of your high rollers who either played a max bet or bet $15.00 or more wind up on a billboard add holding a wad of money by hitting a progressive jack pot. Walk around Graton Casino and look for hand pays and you just might be lucky after a few hours but maybe a few. Until Graton discloses it's annual pay back percentage on slot machines, I will not be in favor of the non-disclosure and the company will continue to make several millions off of us and pay little of that back to us other than the required annual Rhonert Park deal made of $8,000,000.00 to the city for being able to build the casino. But for now the Casino is experiencing loss of money that most of us experience every week.

We live 20 minutes away from the Graton resort we stayed at the resort to relax and get away from it all.
We were awakened bye a bunch of window washers outside of our window while we were sleeping. They thought it was funny (we did not).
Contacted the manager she said there’s a piece of paper on our counter that said that the window washers would be washing windows today. It was underneath a stack of other papers and sale pitch brochures that no one ever looks at and we never saw it. maybe mention that at the counter when checking in would be a better way of communicating something like this. Told the manager that this was absolutely unacceptable behavior especially when you’re paying so much for a room.
The manager made it perfectly clear that she could care less about my issues at all.
I told the manager I wanted to talk to someone else about this problem because she was being careless and rude.
My wife went down before me to get coffee and the manager was waiting downstairs with two big gorillas to greet her.
I don’t know what The manager was thinking but if she worked for me she would no longer have a job.
When I went downstairs no one was there including her.
No explanation no apology no anything.
Absolutely the rudest experience that I have experienced possibly ever at a wanna be resort.
Since then we have not been able to book a room I’m assuming because we were blacklisted from the rude manager. I’m sure we’re better off staying somewhere else.
I think someone needs to pull their Head out of where they sit and reevaluate the way they treat their valued customers.
And reevaluate what type of manager they allow to work at your want to be resort.
I give their rude resort zero stars.

Greedy casino, horrible slot machine pay out. I have played every week for years and finally give up playing their slot machines. Walk around the casino and you will rarely ever see a hand pay which is $1,200.00 or more. Look on their web site and the winners pictures are out dated. Graton Casino is enjoying not posting their slot machine house edge and RTP (return to player in California because Indian Casinos are protected. Nevada state gaming commission discloses all casino RTP and casino house edge (percentage of what the casino keeps). As of this post, Graton is using the casino profits I understand to put up employees in their hotel for free who evacuated from the fires at $445.00 a night plus a resort fee and taxes on the slot players back. Gambling is a risk, yes however it is suppose to be fun. Like win some, loose some or break even. Keep play around Graton Casino and their odds leave one leaving at a loss. But when the tightest slot machines take and take like my years of experience at Graton Casino it is not fun walking out loosing form low slot machine pay outs 99 % of the time. Save your hard earned money and go to Nevada to gamble as Graton Casino slot machines are the worst I have ever played any where.

This place doesn't even give you a chance to win. They have the tightest slots around. They have also closed off the enrollment to any new members, effectively turning their backs on their own flesh and blood. They're just plain greedy. If you want to have a shot at winning, i suggest you play elsewhere.

This is the tightest casino I have ever been to and I have gambled at around 50 casinos. No joke and no B.S. while gambling at Graton frustrated at the payback I asked one of the slot techs that was working on a machine what the average payback percentage is set at and his response was "it depends on which game your playing" I said of course and what denomination your playing affects the pauyback as well. He said"yes and on average our machines are set in the 70's". Straight from the horses mouth there you have it. For those who are not fa.iliar with what average payback percentage should be in Vegas gaming commission standards are 92-98 percent payback. Casinos can get in deep trouble if they do not follow their guidlines. However Indian casinos can do as they please. They have no one governing them.

Awful place, awful people. Machine has been fixed ( they appeared to have plenty of time because they closed down due to Covid 19 ) so it won't even let you have any leverage. I have been going there for years, this is the worse it has been. None of the people deserve to be working, they do not appreciate the customers, too bad, they had no idea what more they can reap, they are so close to San Francisco, but the way they are behaving, they will be losing a lot of revenue.

Those security is coward. They brave with more team member. Just allowed people even they are sick to visit your place. Just consideration jocket with hood ot will help to your patron to control the temperature inside your casino. Just make a little consideration using hood inside. That is your work as security to watch people doing something wrong. Wearing hood is not violation and kicking out people to protect them on high temperature inside your casino.

Tonight I went to Graton Resort and Casino to watch REO Speedwagon in concert. The concert was held in a banquet hall with chairs arranged in rows. As a small venue there are a few things that need improvement. One of the main issues is the sound system. The instruments were too loud --overriding the singers. This occurred with both the warm up and main act. They need a new sound person. We walked out half way through the concert.
The area has a lot to offer and I will be going to concerts at the other venues, not here.

So, this morning my great niece & her boyfriend were trying to get a break from their 24 hr care of her very disabled son. Security then began to harass her boyfriend, mind you after they had already provided ID's proving their ages (TO SECURITY), & also already putting their money in machines & saying he was trespassing. He has 4 dots on his hand from when he was a teenager. So, I took that as now they are racial profiling, but it gets worse, the security guard Anthony proceeded to yell profanities at my great niece while she was on the phone with her mother. Very unprofessional.
After going down there with my Niece to follow up with management. I was very turned off by their lack of caring & they said they would talk to him. Which honestly, did not seem sincere. I'm pretty sure Greg Sarris of all people should understand that kids make mistakes & change. When someone is clearly minding their own business & not bothering anybody & after already being ID'd to get in again by SECURITY. This should never have happened!

This casino has gotten so greedy. Never go on giveaway days. You can't even get a drink because they have no servers anywhere to be found. The machines are set so right , $100 lasts 5 mins. You'll lose in straight spins betting $1 to $2 on majority of machines. It's not even fun anymore. They've taken out all the Double Diamond machines alot of people like to play and put in the Chinese games that the odds are so poor, it's ridiculous. When it's busy, there is no where to sit to eat. No servers on floor to bring coffee or drinks. It's terrible. They've also cut people's rewards for no reason. If this place was under federal regulations it would likely be investigated for machine tampering for profit. No doubt about it.
