When I entered in the Fairmont Park, I saw a house. It was gorgeous. I think it is part of the park. However, the best i the body of water: A lake. There were many birds in the lake and it was amazing! I liked that! There is a bandstand in the park as well and a playground for smaller kids. It was designed in 1920 by Burnet. There was also a lot of parking places. I liked that park. Worthwhile to see!

There is a very nice country club attached to the park and open to the public. Beautiful historic golf course offers many challenges for both amateur and accomplished golfers. The plush interior is very accommodating for a relaxing atmosphere after your day on the links.

It really is a nice park with amenities but I am a bit afraid to go around because of "unwanted" people. I'd rather not state any more.

Beautiful, amazing family park with breathtaking towering palm trees, wide variety of avian, impressive playgrounds, a boathouse, tank, small waterfall, steam train for photo-ops, a bike route and more! This park however, as typical now in all of CA has been tarnished with "campers". I can't recommend people come at night, as it was bad enough during the day!

I love the trees and the lake at this park. It provides great shade on a hot day and there's lots of photo ops with their art monuments. Sometimes we just do a leisurely walk and sometimes when I'm feeling like a harder workout I'll htake the path out to the long bike trail and I think that can be about a 27 mile bike back and forth. Love this park...see you on the trail :)
