Excellent service and experience - highly recommend

We hired e bikes for 2 teens and 2 adults for 4 hrs and rode to Santa Monica and back. This took about 2.45hrs of riding.
Booking on website was easy, was given great customer service when picking up and dropping back the bikes, gave us a run thru of how to use bikes and locks.
Bikes easy to use and definitely wouldn’t have wanted to do it with a normal push bike!

Fun first time experience

Decided to go biking with my friends and I had a great first time experience using an e-bike with Beach E Biking. Carter was super kind, helpful. and was professional throughout our whole experience. I would definitely recommend Beach E Biking to anyone who wants to ride an E-Bike for the first time. Not to mention the amazing bike route with gorgeous views.

EXCELLENT EXPERIENCE

The bikes looked brand new and rode as such. We greatly appreciated the orientation as well as tips on where to go and what to see. The customer service was top notch. We will definitely rent from this establishment again. I highly recommend them. Also, their location was perfect as we ate breakfast at the pier and then on our return had a sunset dinner and drinks at the pier. It was perfect and it was all recommended by the owner. Great guy who provided top notch service.

Great location super friendly service

We were totally new to evoking and found this company online- chosen because it was close to our hotel. We were delayed getting to the shop due to traffic and the weather wasn’t the best. Mark offered us a full refund which we declined as we still wanted the experience despite the gray weather. So glad we did. Mark and Andrea were so personable and friendly, even offering to make after hours arrangements if we couldn’t be back by 5. The briefing was quick but thorough including some tips on the route. The bikes were new and fully charged. We had no problem operating them despite having no previous experience. A great ride along the beach path, a bit of shopping and a late lunch all made for an excellent experience. I have no hesitation in recommending Beach E Biking to anyone who wants an enjoyable day out.

Excellent bike shop

Staff was friendly and helpful when we picked up our bikes for a day rental. Gave us an overview and training in the parking lot. Provided alternative way to get to Venice Beach. The bikes are easy to ride and have the perfect amount of power. Basket is very handy. Will use again if we go back to the Redondo Beach area.

the guys that work at the store are very friendly, helpful, and communicative :) I was with a group of 5 and we all rented a bike, none of them had a single issue for the 3 hours we had them which was a GREAT surprise, usually these types of things are wack like that. The guys at the store even let us have them for about half an hour longer than what we paid for due to the time we got there/the time they were closing! great experience made the day 10x more fun

Great customer service

Beach e-biking was very helpful. We rented an ebike and they delivered it right to us. We were a little late on our arrival time, and they worked with us. Right after we picked up the bike, it began to rain, literally 10 min later. They came back and picked the bike up right away. They even gave us a rain check. The customer service really is outstanding!

Great rental

This is a perfect place to rent a bike. It’s right on the bike trail that runs along the beach. We rode up to Marina del Ray and back (about 30 miles round trip) and could have gone further if we started earlier but we ran out of time. The bikes are very comfortable. We will definitely do this again.

Isn't the bike path up to Marina Del Rey so fun and scenic? We agree that these e-bikes are very comfortable and safe and the battery range is up to 40-50 miles. Next time maybe you can go to Santa Monica and back. Thanks for sharing your experience!

Great Day on a E-Bike & Great Staff !!!

I went over to the location in order to test drive a few bikes prior to purchasing a Model E manufactured by the Electric Bike Company. The bikes are assembled in Huntington Beach. I wanted a local USA based company in the event I ever had any issues with the bike. Marc and Carter were great and went in to detail in regards to the safe operation. I purchased a bike after riding from Torrance Beach to Manhattan Beach. I have been riding my normal bike at the strand for at least 45 years. This bike was a blast and you also have the option of peddling and still getting a good workout. I highly recommend this business.

Super fun day cruising around on the e-bike. Rode to Santa Monica and back. Bikes were comfy and easy to ride. Adam made the experience very easy. Definitely recommend. 10/10
