This is pretty neat park to take your dog because there's a place for big and small dogs to play around. There's also a small lake to walk around and picnic and barbecue.

Ford Park is a lovely gem located just off the 10 freeway with a playground area for small children, ample picnic areas, tennis courts, flat grassy areas for a game of frisbee or soccer, a pond with many ducks, geese and swan, as well as catfish. However, beware of the geese and swans as they are quite obnoxious and will literally hunt you down for bread crumbs or any other types of food if you dare to feed them! Our small-ish dog enjoys the dog park which is separated into small and large dog areas. However, there are some owners that do not seem to heed the separation suggestion and will put their large dogs with our small dogs.

This is the typical dog park, there are two sides, one for larger dogs, and one for smaller dogs. There's a good amount of seating and plenty of room for the dogs to roam and be dogs. No complaints about the park, will be back when in town again.

Nice to have a dog park that has small and big dogs divided. I could take my small scary-cat chihuahua and know she's won't get trampled by a large dog! Now I also have a big dog but now wish people wouldn't take their large aggressive dogs to a dog park!!! Keep them home if they can't get along with other dogs, I don't want to end up with a huge vet bill cuz my dog gets hurt and worse yet me or my young daughter get bitten!

What more do a dog and his/her human need in a dog park? This park has a few benches, some in the shade and some not. It has separate areas for small and large dogs, and plenty of parking.
