About
We make Italian wine the Italian way! Award winning wines from Aglianico, Nebbiolo and Aleatico grapes. Passito sweet dessert wines and all natural balsamic vinegars complete our own creations. We have learned to make our products without adding anything to them for a better quality and enhancement of their healthy properties and tasting experience.

I highly recommend this winery! The wines are so unique and taste like they are fresh off the vine and the pizzas are delicious. Very friendly and relaxing atmosphere with great service. I had the pleasure of hosting a birthday celebration here and it felt like home! My family and even the kids really enjoyed their visit. I live in Escondido and am so happy to have a place like this close by rather than the hustle and bustle of temecula wine country. 10 stars from me! And yes I am part of the wine club now ;)

Bocci Ball, Pizza, Natural Wine, Italian Family, Peacocks and Christmas Trees just about sums up this rustic winery in Ramona.

We purchased a wine-tasting each and sat and relaxed in the un-fussy surroundings of this spacious outdoor family-owned winery.

Their unfiltered wines are natural and don't have sulfites. They may be a little different to what you're used to. I can't say I really loved any of them personally, but it was interesting to try something different and the pourer explained a little bit about each wine which added to the experience. I felt the pours were on the small side for $18.50 a flight.

There's plenty of seating, some shaded some not. You can sit and admire the view and watch the peacocks roam freely. Bottles of wine available for purchase.

The Italian family and employees are warm and friendly and were available to chat and tell us about their 'wine journey'.

Also on site is a bocci ball court and a Christmas tree farm.

I felt this winery has the potential to grow and be a lot more. It's slightly rough around the edges, but that's what adds to the charm. Give it a try!

Free parking. Only open on weekends.

The wine is really nice, and the people here made it a wonderful afternoon!
The family, fun stories, and barrel tastings made our visit so memorable we can't wait to go back.
We were made to feel like we were honored guests.
Every wine we tried (and tried, and tried) was delicious. The Sangria is amazing!

This winery appears run-down and almost junky, but it is a gem. Alberto Sepe makes you feel as if you are actually in Italy. The wine is different from the standard winery fare, and it is excellent. We tasted many varieties we had never even heard of before our visit here, and we bought several to take home. The back story of the winery is interesting and entertaining, and we will definitely visit here again.

It's a fun place with lots of farm animals and play areas for the kids, very family friendly but if you're looking for a really good quality wine, I would say don't expect more than average at best...

Visiting here is like visiting southern Italy - the family offers true hospitality in a very rustic setting with a menagerie of animals that roam an enclosure near the tasting area. We saw peacocks, chickens, rabbits and even turkeys as we enjoyed some very interesting italian wines.

Not that many wineries are open on weekdays, which is why we , a group of 4, ended up here. and what a delight it was. It was pouring outside but we didn’t notice, as owner Alberto filled us in on the ins and outs of his wine making. He was charming and fun, and by the way, we also enjoyed the wine. We had a great time.

Well you could say that the grounds are a little less than desirable but the wine is very good. So keep that in mind maybe use the bathroom at your stop prior to Principe or you’ll be using an outhouse. Connected to a tree lot you could say maybe come around Christmas time and kill two birds with one stop. Get a tree and taste some wine at the same time. Great little rustic stop on you’re journey of wine tasting in the Ramona valley.

We fell in love with the wine mailers if Ramona Valley in no small part because of our visit to Principe di Tricase. We were able to meet the owner directly and hear the tale of how this lovely winery came to be. As one would expect from a native of Italy, there is a lot of passion and pride that has gone into the winery. The have an interesting take on some classics. Their moscato is a bit dry and lightly sparkling, their sangria is amazing and the company is second to none.
