Very beautiful golf course that is challenging and provides for a great round of golf. The club house has a nice restaurant as well.

I normally play at Torrey Pines when in San Diego, but the course was under some renovations. I found this during a search of courses in the area and went to play. I have to say I truly enjoyed the entire golf course. it helps that I played amazing golf and came within 6 inches of a hole in one.... More

Every once in a while you encounter a place that understands what great customer service is. This is one of them. Not only did we love the golf course, but the staff was exceptional. Knowing your name, rangers checking to see how you are doing, always smiling and appearing that they love their jobs. The course was in excellent shape,... More

The course was in good shape and the greens were tough but fair. We tried the restaurant before our round and it was really good. It was a warm day and wish the beverage cart came by more than once. Excellent value for the green fee.

This place is awesome! Maderas is a challenging course, with a terrific staff, and it is absolutely gorgeous. I plan to play it every time I am in the San Diego area. I love it. It is so worth the drive to Poway.

I am fortunate to live close enough to Maderas to enjoy the golf there quite often. The course is always in top form and the staff is friendly and treats you like a club member. When you finish your round be sure to visit the restaurant for lunch, service and food is first class.

Booked Maderas Golf Club for my three guys on our trip to San Diego. Everyone talks about playing Torrey Pines, but after considering the costs, and the reviews, I opted for Maderas Golf Club. The course was in excellent condition, and presented a very enjoyable round of challenges for our group. They could not have been happier with their golf... More

Stayed at Torrey Pines and took the drive out to Poway for this course and it was completely worth it. This is an amazing 18 holes filled with details of streams, rock features, bridges to get to the holes. Challenging yet completely playable. Worth the drive! I will be back. Enjoy

Staff at this establishment couldn't be faulted. They were welcoming and attentive. The course utilises the undulating terrain it is on innovatively. However, this does lead to a few holes experiencing problems with balls "collecting" in similar areas off the tee box due to the contours of the fairways. With the roll one gets on the fairways, whether a player... More
