We stopped for a quick tasting and Nicole was our server. They had just set up misters to keep everyone cool and it was fun. The social distancing was working out well. My girlfriend loved the Peach Mango Sparkling and my husband liked the Signature Zin but I really thought their Jug Red Table wine was great and I cant wait to share the jug with my kids at a future family dinner.

We did as the Amador Wine Country brochure suggested. We had a relaxed picnic with a bottle of Deavers Rose wine after a pleasant tasting. There is a complimentary tasting menu or you can choose from several flights that are reasonably priced. Try their ports. They are delicious!

Besides having a great wine tasting experience, I found the best tee shirt around, instead of stripes and stars on the flag, there were wine glasses and grapes, need I say more, the perfect tee shirt for the summer. They also had lots of other goodies for the wine shopper. Our wine experience was superb, wonderful atmosphere and beautiful grounds. If we had prepared better and brought a lunch we could have enjoyed the outside picnic tables and view of the lake. This is a beautiful property and only about 20 minutes from Sutter Creek.

We stopped here as part of the Sippin on Steiner last weekend. We hadn't been here in quite a while and thought we'd try it again. Pretty busy due to the event. They had tents outside to provide some pairings of snacks and wine. More tasting was done inside. Very friendly atmosphere and some helpful staff. We wound up buying a bottle of the Angelica Port. Outstanding.

This is our third year visiting the Amador County wineries so we have quite a few under our belts and have yet to be disappointed. This trip we visited Deaver, Wilderotter, Runquist, and Iron Hub. As we were coming from South Lake Tahoe, we picked up sandwiches at the market in Plymouth and enjoyed them near the pond at Deaver. Our hostess was Brittany. We bought a Sauvignon Blanc for lunch ($17) and a Petite Sarah ($28) for the wine rack. Very enjoyable!
