Said to say the gift shop was already closed but still an amazing site to stop at for a few minutes. It is amazing how big the tree really is, especially when you compare it to the building right next to it.
We stopped here as it was next to the One Log House. We went into the gift shop and the lady at the register completely ignored us. We admired the tree, snapped a few pics, and got back on the road again.

Yet another of the uncommonly huge, old redwood trees. I stood in amazement of the sheer space this tree occupies. Took some photos but did not visit the gift shop. Did see some carvings of animals nearby.
Point of fact: At 1,800 years, this tree is about as old as Christianity.
