South Sierra Spring Mushroom Adventure and Cooking Demo
Join Todd Spanier, the “king of mushrooms,” for a foraging adventure on the breathtaking Central Coast. Todd is a long-time forager and mushroom chef with a decade-long history of providing some of the top restaurants in California with the choicest mushrooms. We’re super excited to have him on board. After class, you’ll be able to observe his culinary talent at work during a mushroom cooking demo, while learning what to do with your haul when you get home. Please note that Mushroom Hunts embark PROMPTLY at 9:30am so be sure to give yourself plenty of time to arrive! Cell service is spotty in the area, so it may be difficult to get in contact Todd if you are running late. NO REFUNDS will be given to latecomers who miss the hunt! *Please Note: California State Parks gate fees may also apply depending on location; $8 per car, or $7 per car with senior. Please carpool. California State Parks supports equal access.

Nice tasting room but a bit small for larger groups. Very friendly staff that knows their stuff. Great wine. Alsatian style white wines, and California style too. Award winning pinot noir and at a reasonable price. I highly recommend it.
