We have always enjoyed Duckhorn wines and this was our first visit to Philo! The wines and the tasting outside were spectacular, we even order the additional cheese plate which I would recommend. They even gave us some recommendation which were great for the area too! Thanks for a great visit!

We were taking the scenic drive on hwy. 128 over to Mendocino and stopped at this winery for a tasting. Grounds and views were just beautiful and the tastings were wonderful with very knowledgeable staff members! Enjoyed it very much and took home some wine! Worth the stop!

Definitely a must stop in Anderson Valley. The setting is one of the nicest of any wineries to which we've been. And Goldeneye makes great Pinots -- especially Ten Degrees. We had a wonderful, relaxing time during our tasting, which was not rushed at all. They then poured us a little more and invited us to stroll through the vineyard,... More

We were seated outside for a tasting of six wines. The grounds are beautiful and the wines are very good, although rather expensive. The tasting costs $15 per person and your receipt will include a tip line. It appeared that the tasting room was a bit understaffed for the amount of people visiting.

We booked a alfresco lunch with Scott and could not have been more pleased. Golden Eye Pinot is a favorite of ours and this visit did not disappoint. We arrived to a glass of the new sparkling set table out on the shaded deck. Scott was a joy and we all appreciated the pace he let us set and the... More

It's a beautiful winery, the views are stunning! The wine tasting is done outside, where you're served six wines and can sip them at your leisure -- which is what you'll want to do! The wines themselves are okay, but quite expensive. But it's a fun place to spend an hour or two (or four)...

I had been to Goldeneye a few years ago and went back a few weeks ago. The tasting is outside and seated. There is a beautiful view of their vineyards. You start with a chardonnay. Most of the rest of the wines are wonderful pinot noirs, some of which are single vineyard. We also got to try their top of... More

Goldeneye has the highest end wines in the Valley -- with prices to match. A tasting is $15 and included 6 wines for us. We arrived late in the day, and the fellow running the place spent much time chatting with us. Be sure to sit outside by the garden and vineyard when you do your tasting. All in all... More

Goldeneye winery has a gorgeous outside courtyard overlooking a vineyard that is used for tastings. While relaxing, the wines are brought out and the vibe is peaceful. We thoroughly enjoyed the experience!

Driving to Fort Bragg. Stopping at Goldeneye Winery made a very nice break. The staff is very welcoming and helpful. Do go out back and see the grounds and view. Did buy some wine and looking forward to enjoying it.
