As others have started, this is an older wind tunnel and not like the other indoor skydiving places. You get a video of your flight, but no one in the group can take pictures of you while you are in flight, which was a let-down. However we got a great Groupon deal and had great flights! This was my 10 yr old daughter's and husband's idea, but I decided to do it because you only live once. On ce was truly enough for me, but they would do it again in a heartbeat! I'm only giving it 4 starts because they had supposedly called and left a message, changing our flight time due to the Canadian air force needing it for practice in the morning. I never received the message and we arrived at 9:15 for our 10AM flight only to have it rebooked for 4PM. No compensation or apology was given. Not knowing what to do, we ended up driving to the ocean and spending a spontaneous day in San Diego. Otherwise, the entire experience there was great.

My 14 year old son and I purchased a coupon deal for two which included a USB video of our indoor skydive. This place was absolutely awesome and fun. The people are very friendly and helpful. In fact, they assisted me in carrying my son in his wheelchair up and down the several floors-tall staircase. Training is provided before you enter the wind tube. I have never done this nor have I ever sky-dived, so this was a very cool experience. They were patient and encouraging. They were very good to my son, who has a disability that involves tension in his muscles. Outside, there is an airfield with people preparing to skydive. You can watch people skydiving from the cafeteria onsite net to the airfield. I would absolutely recommend this activity and the location.

This is the safer indoor version and even if you are even more adventurous I would try it here first so that you know how you will react. Comes with a video of your experience to share with family and friends! Highly recommend!

My granddaughter did this at age 10. She said she felt "like a bird in the sky." She loved the experience and has asked to do it again this year. She did the four-flight package. She would like to learn more things and try out the "tunnel coaching," whatever that is.

Wow. Now this was amazing. You can actually fly! I didn't want it to end. It is short. You only have a minute at a time in the tunnel and in general is only 2 turns - and it ain't cheap. Worth every penny. Can't wait to go back again.

What a great experience! Took three 8 year old boys and we gave it a whirl -- nobody was disappointed. They instructors were all TERRIFIC and went out of their way to make sure that the kids (and everyone) had fun. I recommend it highly for anyone, young or old. My only suggestion is that they have more photo opportunities to remember the experience -- we purchased the DVD (which was only a very reasonable $5!), but would have paid more for some optional still photos. We will be back again soon... thanks for a great time.

The best family experience especially with a young child! We enjoyed two two-minute sessions in the tunnel. Our son expressed interest in skydiving, so I found a Groupon for Perris Indoor Skydiving. It did not disappoint. Instructor Tim was very knowledgeable and friendly. We enjoyed our experience. Tim was a great instructor who kept our 4-year-old son's nerves at bay. Tim even let our son flip and turn in the tunnel. They sold us on a spin for $10 per person and then the photo package since we didn't bring anyone to take photos outside of the tunnel. For safety, you can't bring anything into the tunnel. After our experience we ate at the Bomb Shelter and watched the skydivers. It was an experience of a lifetime.

I decided to skydive for my 30th birthday. Since I was freaking out I did lots of research and end up choosing skydiving Perris. I called them a day before asked them a few questions and the lady who helped me was very patient with my questions. The day of my birthday we were running 5-10 min late due to traffic I called them to let them know and they were absolutely okay about it. got there and noticed there was no one there because when I signed up for it, it showed there were 4 other people jumping at the same time. I was told that other people canceled or rescheduled so i end up jumping with some other solo jumpers. Very friendly team. Once got there I totally forgot about my fear because everything happened so fast.
A few days before your jump they will send you a link to watch a video and to initial some stuff that you agree to. To be honest I didn't read them nor watched the video fully because it was giving me stress. when I got there they gave me a pharagraph to read in front of a camera recording me, stating anything happens to me its no ones fault. Scary !!
for photos, I picked the whole package with video and selfi camera and photos so someone actually jumped with us to record it.
Nico Giraldo was my instructor who was very chill and fun. Seems like he is been doing this forever.
the airplane was a bit loud but felt safe. Everyone else looked very relaxed while in the air.
I cant put my feelings into writing but for some one who was thinking will die because of parachute might not open yet to do the jump and 100% feel safe afterword, it is a big deal!!! You know some places you go the people who work there automatically give you stress and you lose confidence but this place was not like that. It seems like a piece of cake to them. They were all walking around with confidence and that gave me a good feeling.
By the way I did take a motion pill about 30 min before getting there. Didn't feel nausea or dizzy at all. Dont need to take anything with you. They will provide you jumpsuites to wear.
Very easy process and very very fun.
Skydiving Perris is awesome and very safe.
If your taking friends and family with you, they have a pool and a restaurant/bar there. we had some food while waiting for my video the be ready. took 20 min for the video after my jump.
make sure to wear sport shoes and comfy clothes. Put your hair in a ponytail or braid it. dont wear jewelry.
tell your friends and family to bring water so while they are waiting for you they get to drink. it gets very hot there.
the whole process is between 30-40 min. the jump itself i think is about 4-5 min.
price:
if you only choose to jump its about $170. if you add photos and videos it goes higher. If you want both photos and video and someone to jump with you to record you it will be around $360.
They will take i think $60 deposit when you sign up online which is not bad.

Just like most wind tunnels, but its a little aged, not a bad thing really. If you don't mind climbing several levels of stairs to get there. The instructors are all different, some are good, some are not so good. I'd rather jump for real, this is weird to me.

The feeling is crazy. The guides were very helpful, helping you to maneuver in the chamber. Seems the little kids get the hang of it right away. But this is fun for the whole family. It is kind of expensive, so I deducted one star. So see if you can get a discount off Groupon, before you go. This is as close as you'll get to actually jumping. They supply all the safety gear for you and help you out with any fitting adjustments. Afterwards, I even got a few pointers from the staff. You can tell that they really love what they do!
