Pescadero Point is the 13th point on the 17-miles drive. A board cautions people there not to do fishing, abaloning, crabbing, skin diving, or picnicking in the area for being protected area. This point is above the sea level at some height. The sea shore is full of zig zag rocks and stones. This makes the waves to make soothing sounds. Nobody is allowed to go down to the sea. When we reached here in evening, sun was about to set. The golden colour evening sun light on the sea was attractive and beautiful. We also saw several dead trees here.

Pescadero Point is the tourist attraction and it is located as Point in the 17 Mile drive. The southwest tip of Carmel bay offers a peek into Point lobos. It is a nice spot to view the natural surroundings.

You can observe the ocean and the birds as they fly. The waves are definitely my favorite as they hit the rocks. The sound of the waves hitting the rocks are soothing to me and so relaxing.

Pescadero Point shares the #10 stop along 17-Mile Drive with the Ghost Trees and offers spectacular views of the ocean with interesting rock formation that is legendary for big waves that can approach 50 feet (15m) in the winter but is certainly worth a look any time of year.

We saw this on the map and was curious of the viewpoint. When we got there we realized there is $11.75 admission charge to drive the 17 mile loop that includes scenic viewpoints and around the Pebble Beach Golf Course
