We had a great time on the jeep tour with Sal! We loved that he picked and dropped us up straight from our airbnb. What was even better was that it was dog friendly and we were able to bring our pup. Our dog is a little weary of strangers, but as the tour continued, he got more comfortable and really liked hanging with Sal. Sal was so knowledgeable about Paso and wine. He gave us options along the way, his tour felt so laid back and didn’t feel like it was on a strict time crunch. We also got to go off the grid to a winery that we wouldn’t have driven to on our own and it was so cool! Lunch was great too! You can truly tell that Sal loves what he does. Would recommend and do again!

Sal is wonderful and the jeep tour is so much fun! Paso area is so beautiful and the open Jeep makes it even more amazing. Sal does a super job telling you the history of the land and wineries. He certainly knows the area and local wineries. You will have a tough time deciding where to go. Sal will personalize the tour to your personality. Kiamie Wine Cellars was our favorite because we love rescued dogs and red blends. Sculptura is beautiful, too. I'd also highly recommend ending the day tasting olive oil at Pasolivio. Whatever you choose, you will have a blast with Sal!

We booked with Sal for a Jeep Tour and he was great from the beginning. Made great recommendations of wineries and lunch. His Jeep was comfortable for a group of 7. Lunch was great. Sal took us places that we would have never known existed. He knew about the area and he gave us information about the different wines in the area. I would recommend this adventure to anyone. What a great day!!!!

Sal you are the man!!!

Sal is an awesome guide and has great insights into the region, grapes, and wineries. Can’t recommend this tour enough. This is a no brainer for a day of fun, relaxation, scenic views, great conversation, and delicious wines (and olive oil).

Gary, our driver created and delivered a fabulous wine and olive oil adventure for us. In the 20+ years I've been wine tasting in Central California, I've never been in the back country. He took us to the hidden gems of Paso. Did I mention lunch was delish? Huge! All in all just a fun day!

Due to the many Covid restrictions, I did extensive research on wine tasting tours. The jeeps are open air. Seat 6. Price includes lunch and tastings.

I highly recommend ccjta. You won't be disappointed.

We unfortunately had to cancel our tour last minute and CCJT was very understanding! We plan to try again for the tour especially after the kindness we were shown upon cancellation. You don’t experience much of that anymore. Good business and good people!

What a great idea and a way to wine taste.
Sal brought us to 3 awesome wineries.
He took us through Paso backroads and gave some interesting history of the area and different wineries.
We wanted to do something different
and we are glad we did.
Thanks Sal!
We'll be back!

The jeep tour was amazing! This was the type of tour that we could learn about the area and the wines in a laid back, informal atmosphere and at the same time visit fantastic, obscure little wineries we probably never would have found on our own. Sal was a great guide. He provided suggestions but was also very flexible and made sure we got what we wanted out of our day. 2 thumbs up!

This tour was jampacked with fun and information. We started the morning with a trip to Vina Robles where we had our first tasting. From there we went to a store that sold fruits and nuts, and then two more wineries. We had a tasty lunch after tasting at Wild Coyote. I picked "the bird" sandwich which was wonderful. It was turkey, cream cheese, cranberries, sprouts and salad greens. After the lunch, we then were of to Calcerous winery. We finished the tour with a little off roading through the vineyards where we ended at Kiler Olive Farm for olive oil tasting. This day was jam packed with fun things to do and wonderful, colorful people at each stop. Our guide Sal, was friendly, informative and a great tour guide through the wine country. He is focused on making sure his guests have a great time. I thoroughly enjoyed the tour and meeting such wonderful people.

My husband and I had Sal all to ourselves on a Monday. $119 for each of us + tip. He picked us up at our hotel on time at 11 and we returned around 4pm although we could have gone for longer. We visited 6 wineries. Sal's commentaries and advice were excellent. Besides the obvious advantage of not drinking and driving, Sal has 26 different wineries that he visits. You don't pay the tasting fee and it is usually the owner with whom you are talking. We learned a lot and bought a lot of wine! The sandwich lunch was very good. Would do it again. Thanks Sal!. One caveat-- it is a jeep but since you aren't driving long distances, I did not see it as a problem.
