Adelaida Cellars' family owned vineyards include seven distinct properties...

Adelaida Cellars' family owned vineyards include seven distinct properties totaling 168 acres in the craggy mountainous terrain of Paso Robles' Adelaida District. Only 14 miles from the Pacific Ocean on steep elevated sites, a diverse planting of 24 varieties with an emphasis in Rhônes, old vine pinot noir, dry farmed zinfandel, and mountain style cabernet sauvignon, our stressed vines produce low yields of precise flavor.

Our friends are members of Adelaida and arranged a private reserve tasting for our visit on Friday. We had the pleasure of having Elizabeth as our hostess and had so much fun! Elizabeth really knows her stuff and made our time quite enjoyable. Out of all the wineries we visited over the long weekend, the Adelaida experience was my most... More

Went with family and friends to the top of the hill. Amazing views. Tony was great. He put out an array of meats, cheeses, olives, olive oil, and delicious bread. The wine was very good too. Great place for an event. Their new tasting room is beautiful. I will be back. How long you stay will depend on who you... More

We joined their wine club, back when their facilities were not much more than a barn or two, with a small tasting room. Their new facility is gorgeous, very comfortable, and quite scenic. We sat on the outside deck enjoying the view, and the host brought the wine tastings out to us. That's service! As always, great wines.

This winery has good Rhone varietals white and reds. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly. They also have a port that is very good. New tasting room that is spacious and comfortable.

Scheduled a tasting on a Thursday afternoon and had a side room to ourselves. Highly recommend their rosé (and I am not a rosé drinker). The HMR Pinot Noir is also terrific. Would rate it higher, but the knowledge of the pourers was a little weak.

We spent the whole day prior visiting multiple vineyards and tasting rooms and only Adelaida made a such impression on me, that I became a member of the Custom Club! After visited all recommended by friend wineries, we found this complimentary Tasting for Two at our AirB&B house and decided to check it out on the last day staying at... More

Their new tasting room is beautiful! The wood ceiling and walls, the stone fireplace, the split log mantel, the VIEW! All are great. Wines are good too. We're not really port drinkers, but we like theirs! Only reason I gave it a "very good" rating is because it's very noisy.

We made an appointment to taste and enjoyed the staff, the wines and the facility. They have a great outdoor seating area and a cozy fireplace for cooler days. The main building is very new and quite beautiful. We'll definitely return.

We enjoyed our ride up the winding mountain road to Adelaida and the experience of the wine offered in the tasting room. A boutique winery, steps above the mass produced wine available at other wineries. We purchased several bottles of the Adelaida port.

They just opened a new tasting room, and it's gorgeous. Love the wood paneled ceiling, stone fire place and chandeliers. A nice space to taste. Set amid a grove of walnut trees. Standard $10 tasting fee, waived with purchase of two or more bottles. Friendly servers. Good wine.
