Harris Stage Lines is an incredibly unique experience, only 10 minutes from downtown Paso Robles. It’s a must see for history enthusiasts or those interested in viewing high quality mechanics. Some of the stagecoaches and farm machinery were made in the 1800’s and early 1900’s but are still in working order today!

The owners, Tom and Debbie Harris, were active in the rodeo circuit and entertainment industry. They gave us a tour of their working ranch and offered stories of their celebrity stagecoaches. The list of films, TV shows, and events that had their stagecoaches is a lengthy one. Tom and Debbie gave us a special tour of the music hall, showcasing a 1920’s pipe organ. That mini concert was amazing! Our tour ended with a Concord Stagecoach ride along the property.

If you have kids, they might enjoy seeing the gardens, bees, dwarf goats, horses, and mules. If you’re a millennial, you may appreciate the retro throwback. In addition to the stagecoach rides, Harris Stage Lines offers horseback riding, driving lessons, reservations for special events, and an Airbnb refurbished bunk house.

Take a tour sometime but please make sure to call/email to make an appointment first. You will DEFINITELY enjoy this hidden gem.

I recently stayed at the bunkhouse at Harris Stage Lines with my girlfriend and we were blown away by our experience. The property itself is absolutely stunning, with a rustic country atmosphere that really made us feel like we were getting away from it all. They even have a facade that makes you feel like you're under the stars in the wild west!

But what really set Harris Stage Lines apart for us were the owners Debby and Tom. From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed and cared for, with Debby going out of her way to make sure that our stay was as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. She was always available to answer our questions, no matter the time, and she even went out of the way to help us look for things we left behind well after the reservation.

I also want to give a special shoutout to Scout, who quickly became our new best friend during our stay. He was always up for a cuddle and extra special loving, which made the whole thing even more special.

We had an amazing time here and we can't recommend it highly enough.

We didn't get to experience anything. We were looking on TripAdvisor after we visited a near by Mission. We saw the Harris Stage Lines and read some of the reviews and thought that sounds fun. We drove out there and when we arrived we stopped at the entrance to take a picture. We were disappointed because on the sign it said by APPOINTMENT ONLY. That would have been nice to know before driving all the way out there.
If you want to visit this place make sure you call and make an appointment. That is the reason I am writing a review to let others know.

This was so much more than a stagecoach ride. Tom and Debbie were terrific hosts. Upon arrival Tom took us on a tour of their horse drawn vehicles. They were beautifully maintained. You could tell that they take great pride in their work. The antique organ, beautiful horses and memorabilia was a great surprise. The stagecoach ride was the highlight. This was a wonderful experience. I would highly recommend a visit.

If you have any cowboy fan in your party, this is the only place to go. Tommy, Debbie and Quentin made us feel right at home. The friendly manner the experience is delivered makes it all the more remarkable. The stagecoach is totally authentic and Tommy's knowledge of his trade and its' history seems unparalleled.
We made a small detour to include this in our tour. Having done it I would recommend anyone to make the effort to include it somehow in your trip. A fantastic memory and a lifetime ambition fulfilled for my 80 year old Dad.
Not just a stagecoach ride, but a real experience. Great value. Great day.

Don't get disappointed like we were. We drove out to Harris Stage Lines only to read at the front gate by APPOINTMENT ONLY.

I went to a kids birthday party at this horse camp. The kids got to ride in a stage coach & then they each got to ride a horse in a round corral, while it was guided around by the staff person. I believe the bathroom was an outhouse. If you are into horses, this is the place to come.

Being an Ag community, we enjoyed our experience in a real stage coach and those horses....biggest I have seen, and so strong!

I brought my family here to celebrate my father's 80th birthday. I knew he would love the stage coach ride and the western atmosphere. Tom and Debby were wonderful hosts showing us around their beautiful property and telling us about all the different coaches they had for display - a few of which my dad had ridden in or driven during his life time. My grandson loved seeing the chickens and the horses. And the theatre organ was an impressive site to see. The ride in the stage coach was so much fun. It's amazing to think that this was the way of travel so long ago. We brought a picnic lunch and enjoyed it under their covered patio event area. We all had such a good time, especially my dad who had always wanted to ride in a stage coach. What a great way to spend the day. Visiting Harris Stage Lines with Tom and Debby was like visiting family. Thank you for your hospitality and we hope to see you again sometime soon.
