My favorite winery in Paso. The staff is friendly. The kids love tasting the sparkling cider. We joined the James Gang as members last year. Affordable membership and have not been disappointed in any of the wines that have been sent to us.

A California Central Coast favorite. The tasting room on the outskirts of Paso Robles is beautiful and always lively with lovers of wine. Tobin James offers a wonderful selection of wines to choose from, and the staff is always very friendly. Mark it as a must see when visiting California's Central Coast...

One of only 3 wineries that doesn't charge for tasting, so we always buy several bottles. The wine probably doesn't set a "foodie's" heart a Twitter, but it's extremely drinkable and reasonably priced. And the place is always FUN and a good time. They also do wine cruises to Tahiti which I hear are fabulous. It's at the South end... More

If you're going to Paso Robles, you must stop at Tobin James. This place was a blast. The employees are excited about the wine and clearly love working there. They have good reason. The Tobin James tasting room has a party atmosphere. People are tasting and laughing. Music is playing. They have loads of great merchandise for purchase. We joined... More

Enjoyed an afternoon wine tasting, and Tobin James was my favorite stop. In the past, I have attended a couple of their wine functions, i.e.., BBQ, Festival, where the wine, food and music was awesome, especially The Jammies with featured vocalist Leah Robinson.I would go anywhere they play. My favorite wine was their Cabernet. The bartender was very attentive and well... More

Right off highway 46, large interior looks like an old west saloon. There is a nice variety of wines. They tend to be of the sweeter variety. There seems to be large crowds whenever we go there.
