So happy I chose PS Architecture Tours for my first visit to Palm Springs. Trevor was so easy to deal with from initial booking all the way through the tour and his knowledge of Palm Springs MCM architecture and the history of the city is far-reaching, thorough and insightful. Really loved the laid-back nature of the tour and getting to explore many different neighborhoods. With only 5 people capacity, you really get to been IN it. I would highly recommend this 3hr adventure, whether you are a die-hard fan of MCM architecture or new to it and just want to learn more about this desert oasis. Thanks Trevor, it was a pleasure!

Trevor is the consummate tour guide -- his vast knowledge of the history of Palm Springs and its architectural development, coupled with his approachable and easy manner, made this 2.5 hour tour fly by. You can sense his enthusiasm, no matter how many times he's conducted this tour. You should book ahead (I booked 2 months ahead and one of the dates I requested was already sold out, as the tour is limited to 5 people). Trevor is extremely responsive, both in scheduling emails and in person. It was a great morning!

Very impressed with Trevor's knowledge and skillful ability to share....tour is a fantastic lesson in Palm Spring's rich Architectural heritage. Great small group size (5) and tour length. As a hard to impress Architect who's toured the world's architecture for over 30 years, I couldn't recommend more highly.

Met up with the tour guide, Trevor, at the Palm Springs Visitors Center, a former gas station that was designed by Architect Albert Frey. We had a very informative and comfortable ride through the history-making neighborhoods that contained the mid-century modern houses I went to see. Trevor knew the answer to every question and had many photographs to show on his iPad to help the group get an inside look at some of the houses.

...& worth every minute and dollar! Trevor is not only enthusiastic, knowledgeable and accommodating, he also leaves you with a desire to learn more. I had an appreciation for architecture before, but by the end of his tour I felt I could not only recognize but truly savor mid-century modern. He brings the architects and the residents to life with the stories behind everything you see, something you'll not find in a book or app. Lastly, he is very conscientious about covid while making you feel super comfortable (we enjoyed a wonderful easy cruise on bikes). Thank you Trevor! Highly recommend.

Our tour of Palm Springs modernist architecture was comprehensive (nearly 3 hours), knowledgeable, and entertaining. There were 4 in our group (Trevor has limit of 5). Accordingly, Trevor can answer all questions. We never felt rushed. While we only saw the building and house exteriors, Trevor had a 12” iPad loaded with photos of the glorious interiors. We truly felt that we had a custom and intimate tour of Palm Springs architecture. MONEY WELL SPENT!

Trevor gives great tours or modern architecture in Palm Springs. Over the course of 2.5-ish hours, Trevor drives you around in his minivan and shows over 20 great modern architectural sites: Vista Las Palmas, the Elvis Honeymoon House, the Downtown Business District, Twin Palms, Frank Sinatra’s House, and many more. As a new visitor to Palm Springs, I also appreciated that the tour helped to orient me with respect to the layout of the town. I really enjoyed this tour.

I wish there were more stars to give!! We had a great tour with Trevor. His excitement is contagious and his knowledge of the history and houses is incredible. I love that he has been in many of the houses and has photos on his laptop of interiors, and how the buildings used to look etc. You will have a great time on this tour - it was the highlight of our Palm Springs visit.
