Great time! Trevor is knowledgeable and witty and a great guide! Loved visiting the different neighborhoods and learning about the architecture and the famous people who lived in them.

What a great tour and beautiful homes. Such a rich architectural history to Palm Springs. Highly recommend this tour. Best early or late as it gets a bit warm mid day.

This was a great tour. We learned so much about the development of Palm Springs as well as the architecture - and about the architects as well as the buildings. The backstories were fascinating. Trevor made good use of his large iPad to supplement his stories with photos. Trevor is really a terrific tour guide.

Very enjoyable and interesting tour learning about the architecture and architects who made Palm Springs unique. Trevor is knowledgeable and entertaining and provides good value for the 2 1/2 hour bike tour. Well done!

Excellent tour! I am a high school architecture teacher and I can assure you that Trevor knows what he's talking about. Due to COVID Trevor was in his car and we followed in mine. It worked flawlessly. We stopped occasionally and he was able to show us relevant images on his iPad Pro. I highly recommend this tour!

...& worth every minute and dollar! Trevor is not only enthusiastic, knowledgeable and accommodating, he also leaves you with a desire to learn more. I had an appreciation for architecture before, but by the end of his tour I felt I could not only recognize but truly savor mid-century modern. He brings the architects and the residents to life with the stories behind everything you see, something you'll not find in a book or app. Lastly, he is very conscientious about covid while making you feel super comfortable (we enjoyed a wonderful easy cruise on bikes). Thank you Trevor! Highly recommend.

Trevor is the consummate tour guide -- his vast knowledge of the history of Palm Springs and its architectural development, coupled with his approachable and easy manner, made this 2.5 hour tour fly by. You can sense his enthusiasm, no matter how many times he's conducted this tour. You should book ahead (I booked 2 months ahead and one of the dates I requested was already sold out, as the tour is limited to 5 people). Trevor is extremely responsive, both in scheduling emails and in person. It was a great morning!

No. I wish it did. But they are all private homes.

Hello! I would love to take this tour. A few questions: What is the current cost? How can I get there from my hotel (I don't drive/won't have a rental car). How do I book? Is there a restroom break during the tour? Thank you!

The tour leaves from a cute modern store in the design district of Palm Springs. We had a car so I don't know about cabs. The man that who owns the company lives in the area so if you're staying in the heart of Palm Springs maybe he would pick you up. I can't remember exactly how much it cost but I will say we thought it was well worth the money. It's basically a private tour. He only takes six people. We only had four in our group but it was off season. I think we paid cash the day of the tour but not totally sure. There's a bathroom in the store where you start the tour. He gives you cold bottled water to start the tour. You get a discount the day of the tour at the store where the tour starts and we bought some nice photography books of Palm Springs architecture at a discount. Hope this helps!
