Beautiful trail with some nice oases!

Took a 2 hour horseback riding tour and thoroughly enjoyed it. Well worth the price as you go on a very interesting trail up the canyon and mountains.

There are lots of lovely hikes to explore, but you don't want to be out in the heat climbing up the hills. Go early! Helpful ranger at the trading post will explain the various trail options, and solid walking shoes and water are a must. Such beautiful scenery! We went from the Trading Post parking lot on the Victor trail,... More

My parents and I took the 1.0 mile (30-45 min) Andreas Trail. GORGEOUS!! This hike is rated "easy" and could easily be done by children and seniors, although the terrain is too varied for wheelchairs or walkers. Beautiful boulders, foliage, little lizards, and Virgin Palms.

We visited Indian canyons on a referral and are we glad we did! Once we found our way around we enjoyed 2 hikes, one on the Andreas loop and the other in Palm Canyon. Had we known a bit more we would have made a day out of it, both hikes were like we were in an oasis! The streams,... More

Take those steps down to the peaceful, inspiring and natural stream with the surrounding flora and fauna. Sit quietly and enjoy what nature and silence offer. You can also take a hike, but I recommend the solitude.

Really enjoyed the hiking here. We first hiked to Seven Sisters waterfall, which involved many tricky creek crossings and we got quite wet. If you have aqua shoes, they are worth wearing. Still, the waterfall was very tranquil. After this we walked through Palms Canyon, easy walking and very cool and peaceful. The entrance fee is good value for this... More

We hiked the Palm Canyon Trail... what an incredible and surreal landscape. I wish we had spent a whole day exploring the trails. Bring a picnic and have lunch underneath a grove of gigantic palm trees... truly a one of a kind experience.

A great place to bike and hike. Wish i could have spent more time here. I will be back. The streams and creeks are so peaceful to sit and listen to. Love this place.

My husband and I went on a short walk here and it's so incredible, I've never seen anything like it. It's great in the hot weather because so much of the trail is shaded. For $9 per adult entry fee, it's well worth it.

Saw Palm Canyon and part of Murray Canyon. Beautiful hike through palm forest and oases, and up a mountain ridge, just 3 miles.
