65 reviews
Learn about California's geology and desert wilderness on a half-day Jeep tour to the San Andreas Fault. Depending on your preference, you can take a nature walk in the desert or stay in the vehicle. You'll also stop by a date farm where you can try their signature date milkshake. The course had some jaw dropping views and the grounds were impeccable. Somewhat challenging due to the number of bunkers. My chief criticism of them is they keep you on a breakneck pace which does not make for a relaxing day of golf. I could not really enjoy the course.

We had an amazing time on Fire Cliff today with three friends. My first time since reopening from the COVID shelter in place. The course was in great shape with fast greens. Staff was friendly as always, and I’m still in shock that a noon hour tee time on a busy day could play so fast. Three hours and 45 minutes!! Huge fan Desert Willow. Keep it up!

Our family ordered the Mother’s Day Meal for Four and a floral arrangement. Everything was beyond excellent!! Pick up of the meal and flowers was a breeze and very organized. The meal consisted of salad, appetizer, bread rolls, three different entree’s and a selection of deserts. Each was packaged beautifully with very simple re-heating instructions. Preparing the meal was so easy and took no time to prepare. All the food was beautifully plated and absolutely delicious!! The floral arrangement was gorgeous and has held up beautifully since Mother’s Day. Our mother and family very much enjoyed everything in this package and we would definitely order it again if it’s offered. Desert Willow has a customer for life!!

Golfed here last year and golfed two more times this year. Last year we did the Mountain course but this year we golfed Fireside twice. Both courses are excellent, very playable and forgiving for golfers who don’t always hit it straight (me). I prefer Fireside however as it’s a bit more challenging and more picturesque. Practice facility is very nice with driving range, putting green and chipping green. Staff in the pro shop and elsewhere are very friendly and helpful. Perhaps though the thing we really loved the most was the excellent restaurant and wonderful outdoor deck overlooking the beautiful 9th and 18th greens. Food and service were both outstanding. Will be back again for sure!!!!

Great course! Great views! Great Happy Hour. Go Go Go. You won’t be disappointed sitting on the patio watching the sun go down.
