Went to an amazing private party at the air museum. We were able to see so many amazing planes and even got to sit in one. Who parties like this??? This fly girl does! Wow!

When we visited in February 2019, the museum was closed for remodeling and a new collection arriving. The outdoor area is lovely. Wonderful sculptures & water art. Great for everyone. Can bring a picnic lunch & eat outside at table area.

Stopped by here on a trip from La Quinta to downtown Palm Springs and delighted in the outdoor garden, with included art pieces. Great examples of desert plants, cacti, water features and art. Spent about 45 minutes on a cool afternoon. Oh, and the Museum...More

Lovely ambience. Some very interesting sculptures look so real.Different artist displays, never the same art all the time. Staff very knowledgeable if you have questions. Nice gift shop, a bit pricey . If you love art you will not be disappointed.

Thursday’s are excellent days to visit. It’s free! Go around 4pmish & enjoy all that the museum has to offer! Then walk to Palm Canyon Drive and walk the festive street with lots to look at and great eats!

This museum is definitely worth a visit. You will see art by all of the comtemporary/20th Century artists that you studied in art history class. It is not a large museum and the open layout makes it pleasant to walk around. Thursdays from 4-6pm is...More

This is a nice, small museum. It has some nice pieces. Probably not something I would drive far to go see. If you are staying in the palm desert area and need something to do for 30 minutes to an hour it's worth stopping in.

It was a great day to see a real gem in Palm Desert. The museum was surprisingly busy but everyone was relaxed and enjoyed the visit. Sculptures were really appropriately place in the desert landscape. The exhibition was quite unique inside the Museum. Can’t wait...More

Check the PSAM website. I almost always check out the website of museums where I'll be traveling to see the logistics of visiting the museum and, most of all, what the exhibits will be while I'm there.
