I am a resident of Indio and live about 6-7 miles from the Palm Desert Aquatic Center. While I personally don't use the facility, it's my go-to place to take my 10-year-old granddaughter when she visits in the summer. It has enough pools to allow for the different ages/swimming levels so that kids aren't on top of each other. Lifeguards... More

My son and I spent a few hours here during our recent visit to Palm Desert. There is a huge deep, 15 FT pool with high and low diving boards. Lots of lap swimming lanes as well as a shallow end for younger or beginner level swimmers. The water slide has 2 slides and not too long of a line.... More

The PD Aquatic Center is a great facility for lap swimming, for young kids to play or just to hang out. I like it because if your kids can't swim yet, they have a little "kiddie" area that is shallow and offers a few slides & water features. They offer swimming lessons for all ages & levels. They also have... More

Visiting & staying at a hotel nearby decided to try this instead of Wet and Wild. Pleasantly surprised at the pools with two waterslides a huge lap pool diving boards and a kiddie pool all for a good price. Too bad they don't let you bring in food or drink other than water but they do have snacks and a... More

Lovely pool ,wide lanes but schools or club swimmers training it can be crowded . The changing rooms need regular cleaning , they let the place down.

If you're a lap swimmer, you will love the wide lanes and the unusual number of open lanes. I almost hate to write this review...

Gone there once and it's not a bad place to go and play on the pool and cool off from the heat. Get there early if you would like a chair, shade in the grass. As the go fast sense its first come first serve. The water slide is fun but our little one wanted to go but could not... More

The pool has it all, large lap pool, slides galore, nice areas for sun bathing and very reasonable priced. Not only that it has the most beautiful parking lot ever in a palm grove.

Was in town for a family vacation and wanted to get in a swim workout. My daughter was missing swim practice as well so this pool came in handy. It was cheap for a day pass and we were able to share a lane by ourselves for our 45 minute swim. They have 2 pools and even when a local... More

We were in Palm Springs for a couple of weeks and this was a nice break from the pool at the condo. Kids liked the slide. We were there for a couple of hours. I won't consider it an all day place to hangout.
