Loved this beach. Sand was lovely! stayed at Asilomar Conference Grounds. Was right across the small street. Great trail to walk along. Saw Sea lions laying on rocks. Will definitely be back here!

I doubt it, there are several port a potty units in place along the beach road.

Yes. We saw several dogs and very few of them were leashed. They were all well behaved and it seems everyone does clean up after them. We saw no "gifts" left behind. :)
