My husband and I enjoyed walking down from our B&B in Pacific Grove to Lovers Point. The view was beautiful and we ended up renting a surrey from the bike shop and riding all the way to the Monterrey wharf and back - about an hour round trip. People watching was fun. The scenery along the coast was very pretty... More

Beautiful views, rocks to climb, park with benches to sit in or grass to sit on. Squirrels everywhere and they must get fed because they were not the least bit scared of us. Definitely a lovely spot to stop off at. We went in the morning and by the time we left (around 9am) the parking lot went from 3... More

A mile from the hustle and bustle of Cannery row. Beautiful spot - lovely coastal walk. Small bay with kayak rental.

Lover's point is located at 17th street and Ocean View in Pacific Grove California. It's a beautiful four acre park on the beach with a magnificent view of the Pacific Ocean and the surf. The point was named over a hundred years ago by Methodists settlers who were lovers of God: hence the name Lovers Park. The park is located... More

Fantastic views with hiking and bike trails. A majestic place. Kayaks available nearby. Plenty of photo opps and perhaps a sea otter swimming by!

Nice beach and view of the shoreline. Climing up the rocks and enjoying the view was the highlight, not for little ones.

If the weather cooperates you can get into the water and swim. If not you can walk all around the area and enjoy the views. There is a restaurant nearby or you can bring your own food and have a picnic. Take the time to enjoy the area.

We biked by here and stopped. Nice beach. Nice cafe next to it. two motels right there. Note that it can be pretty foggy in summer.
