The Mullin Car Museum is a private museum owned by Mr. Mullin. It is open on certain days by reservation. The museum is dedicated to showing French cars from the Art Nouveau period. There are many Bugattis and other unique cars on display. We had a docent, Mr. Mullin's brother, give us a tour, explaining the history of each car.... More

This museum has the most beautiful early French automobiles. If you have any interest in automobiles, see this museum. It explains the early history of automobile design. It is difficult to see because it is only open 2 days a month.

This is one of our favorite stops in Oxnard, it is home to some of the most beautiful historic automobiles that you will ever find. It's only open a few days a month, so make sure to plan your trip accordingly.

So I went to the Mullin yesterday and spent a very interesting 2+ hours being shown around by the very knowledgeable Rick Eberst. I was blown away by the quality of the exhibits and by the way they are displayed. Of course no touching but you can get right up to the cars, there are no ropes, and you can... More

The number one attraction in Oxnard, California might also be the most difficult to get to. That's because the Mullin Automotive Museum is only open for a few hours every two weeks, but trust me if you are in the Los Angeles area on one of the days it is open, it's more than worth it. Peter Mullin is a... More

Small, but well laid out, and one of our number was a model railway enthusiast so that was appreciated too. Nice idea to have some fashions of the era alongside the cars

I am not a car buff.... but this is and exciting museum. Full of fantastic "rolling art" that is a MUST SEE on your bucket list.

Listed as the 9th best car museum in the world (cnn) primarily because of its focus on: Art Deco and French-Euro Cars Art work includes furniture, paintings, prints and sculptures Much smaller than the Petersen in LA Beautiful interior space to display the cars I gotta admit it also had one of the nicest restrooms I've ever been in Exterior... My wife and I went while the were celebrating in February. The ladies and gentlemen in early American dress were very informative and Knowledgeable in many of the painting and ship models on view. My wife has some mobility issues so we couldn't stay long, but we both agree to return soon. Great place for history for your kids.

Great collection of cars right off Onard Blvd which is really an extension of PCH. I go there often to see the new exhibits and view their permanent collection.
